Good morning Hypno, just thought I would say don't beat yourself up over the spending on the hair etc. Sometimes you have to factor in the odd treat to make life worth living and not just an existence. At least you can say this month's treat was the hair revamp, which will do wonders for your confidence. Now set yourself a challenge to stick to a set amount of spending each week between now and next payday. I find it helps to think not "I can only afford this and this" but "how much can I get for this amount of money?" But hey! I'm teaching me granny here, aren't I? What you don't know by now about budgeting can be written on a postage stamp! One life - your life - live it!0

Hiya Hypno and pals!
Hypno, I could have kept you company in the early hours of this morning as I was awake worrying about money too. It's always tight at this end of the month. Mind you, it used to be tight from the day we got paid so that has to be an improvement!!!
Is WW still going well? I'm changing from doing ww online to going to classes. I need to go and do the whole being weighed thing so I don't kid myself. My head is definitely in the right place for it (lets see if i'm still feeling like that in a few weeks!:rotfl:).
Hope you all have a good week xx0 -
If it helps anyone, WW yoghurts are 69p for 4 in Morrisons at the moment. There's precious else in my fridge now0

Hypno the new hair looks gorgeous! I know what you mean re spending, but you recognise the signs and can get yourself back on track.
I'm not dieting (well I am thinking about it, but not yet) but I have got WW yoghurts this week, the flavours sound lovely!Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
KC, with the shopping, I ended up doing a monthly shop, rather than a top up shop, so hopefully over the course of the month it will be ok, it just took a big chunk of the available cash in one go. We have very full cupboards and freezer now, so with the exception of a few fresh things, we should be ok.
FF - yes, WW yogs are in my fridge too
WW still going well - I am the same, I need to go to class to be weighed, otherwise I can easily gloss over a few bad days - I need the discipline! So far so good, although I was taken to a thai restaraunt for lunch so have had to input a fair few points on my tracker today. I am, however, still within my allowance and have plenty brought forward in the "bank" to cover such things this week. Hoping for a couple of lbs off on Wednesday.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. How far off your goal are you Hypno?

Love the new hair and I know what you mean about money - we're stressed so keep spending and it's really not helpingNo longer using this account for new posts from 20130

Bunny - I am still a stone and a half off my original goal (which is where I was 5 years ago) but I have adjusted my immediate target and am just under a stone off that - I would like to be 9st something, and am currently just under 11st so some way to go but already what I have lost has made a big differenceSuccessful women can still have their feet on the ground. I've tried to get back into doing weight watchers by myself but really need the discipline of the meeting and someone else weighing me! I'm starting back tomorrow morning! I've a fair few more pounds to go than you though Hypno, one step at at time, first aim is to get back down to the next stone zone!!0

Hi Hypno, just catching up after the weekend. On Saturday morning, I found myself wondering how your hair apointment was going....and it sounds like it was fab! If at all possible, pl may I see your pic too? No offence if you'd rather not, but you know what a hair afficionado Mrs R is....
And on the recent spending, think you've been investing in yourself after a torrid time at the start of the year, so no wonder. Sounds like you have it all in hand to repay, so worry no more. To coin a phrase, you're worth it!
