Someone needs a hug, here's a virtual one for you ((())))

It's natural to feel down some times after what you've been through but you will feel more positive again soon.

I've just noticed your lovely new signature, I want to be a skinny minny yummy mummy too! Have a good day Hypno, cgx

    Your hair looks fab!

Glad you've finally treated yourself - you deserve it. :T

You have to give yourself permission to have mini breakdowns every now and then! These are part of the healing process. If you bottle it all in you'll be ill eventually.

It's only been three months but look how far you've come. Amazing:beer:

As I've said before you should think of penning your autobiography.

Good luck with the weigh in today.

    Hugs xxxx

Hypno, because you are so clear on what you want and what you dont want and because you work so hard with your work, choices, children etc you have a way of 'putting off' the emotional stuff and maybe appearing to others (including us online) as being 'fine' but sometimes it is important to show people that maybe you need a little help. Not in a melt down sort of way but maybe you could lean into your friends/family a little at the moment and arrange some girly ( or maley, is that even a word lol) nights in so you have chance to 'off load' /natter and have some quality time that doesn't cost more than maybe a bottle of wine but could be so powerful in terms of your mental health...not suggesting you are mental lol...

You know what you have to do in so many structured ways but sometimes its easy to forget that chill out time with friends can be more powerful than any therapy be it retail or otherwise.

    Take care today x

It is good to put a face to the name - funny though you don't look anything like I'd pictured - don't know why but I had you as a blond in my minds eye LOL.

Nope. My Hypno has very dark hair, preferably black, which with all this talk of a new hair do is in some sort of very swish layered bob. She also has brown eyes, and somehow is like a mad woman called Maria with whom I work and has the BEST mad laugh I've ever heard.

    I wonder how near/far I am?! :rotfl:

Thanks guys - you are stars, as always.

Pickle, you are not too far off - naturally my hair is very dark, although I have had it coloured so a bit lighter, and a layered bob is about right. Blue eyes though. And mad? Yup, sometimes I am :D

WI today, and I have lost 4lbs :j:j:j taking me down to 10st 9.5lbs. Only problem is that I have also had to drop a point, and I am now only allowed 18 a day

  • Hypno 4lb at this stage is amazing considering it usually slows down after a few weeks of dieting. Brilliant! Although it takes nothing away that is going on I hope it has given you a much needed boost for the day x
