Pen's phase 2 -the long debt slog and de-clutter

I've stashed £5 away for when I need (want) something girlie.

Not a lot happening today. Another NS day - its suprising how quickly I get out of the habit of shopping at lunchtime.

I've just found out my boss has booked the same week off as me :mad: despite me telling her 6 weeks ago. She's laughing it off as if it doesn't matter but I'm the one who will be in the UK so guess who will get the phone messages! There is no chance I'm taking my phone on holiday now.

Other than that we are all well, still managing to dribble spare cash into the holiday fund but realise that the debt busting has to pick up pace when we get back.

DH's b'day this week so off to re-locate the pressies I hid earlier this month .....

Glad you've put a fiver away for that girly moment....it's moments like these when a little stash like that can come in handy or it could be carnage on the current account

How annoying with your boss booking same time off, def don't take your phone Pen. A hol is supposed to be relaxing!

Not too bad a day - at least I managed another NS day.

De-clutter wise we had a brilliant day. DS went through all of his wardrobes and drawers and we have 2 bin bags of rubbish and 3 to go to charity. What a result

Other than that it was all running around, attending meetings and general boring stuff. It was a bit anoying that not much got sorted and I'll have more running around to do next week, but at least we are moving in the right direction.

Back to work tomorrow so I'm going to attempt an early night (I bet I don't get anywhere near bed until midnight!).

Sorry I haven't posted for a bit but I've not been in the best frame of mind (much I completely openly admit to being from all the carp we have had going on recently.)

I am going to start a new diary soon,it just to has to be a more positive one.

Am going to try to be back DFW/MSE soon.
