We had a wonderful time in London, DS especially enjoyed it and we kept the spends to a minimum too (despite a couple of decent lunches out). We did the War Museum and saw the trouping of the colour practice as well, it was a good weekend.

Back to work today and as most people were out it was nice and peaceful. I did spend lunchtime - I got a Next and a Monsoon top in a charity shop - one of them still had the original tags on. Took them home and even DH liked them, so they must be good :D

Not a lot else going on, had some sad news when we got back so the family are a bit subdued at the moment. But everyone here is well so its just a case of counting our blessings and carrying on.

Back to AF tomorrow. I've got the day off work and have promised to take DS to the cinema or something so I've allowed a little expenditure :)
This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
    Fingers crossed x

Thanks for the kind messages x

We saw Prince of Persia today and both boys thought it was excellent. It was good to get out and about a bit to break the atmosphere if you know what I mean - and it worked, everyone seems a little happier tonight.

Not a very MSE day as I treated us to lunch out but I did walk past all the shops and not purchase a thing. I am starting to get the hang of putting things back and then forgetting about them!

I have done some de-cluttering as I couldn't find my jeans this morning so the whole cupboard got pulled out and put back in properly. I've another bag to go to charity and I've found the rest of my summer clothes (another reason I managed not to shop earlier). I have loads of it that seems to match with something else so I should be able to get a few decent outfits from it.

I'm just sat about now, I did some of my coursework earlier but tbh my mind is wandering a bit at the moment so I'll try again on that tomorrow.
I'm going to spend an hour or too catching up with the diaries :)

I feel the need to get organised tonight as I'm struggling to fit in both jobs, studying and the housework (even though DH is helping out). So my plan of attack for tomorrow is:

    - Cooking, kitchen and childcare - delegate to DH

    - Take sarnies and cereal to work
    - Take study book and read lunchtime (will find a spot outside if its sunny)
    - Attack at least half of the ironing mountain after tea
    - Put the towel wash on
    - Remember to water plants

I want to have an AF and a no-spends day too, so fingers crossed :)

Today went well with no spends and no wine. I also finished the whole ironing pile :j only to find another washing machine full of clothes of DS's floor :(

Everything on today's list is done, so here is tomorrow's:

    - Cooking, kitchen and childcare - delegate to DH again :D

    - Take lunch etc to work
    - Cashpoint at lunchtime so that I have lunch money and pocket money for next week.
    - Nothing after work apart from (weather permitting) sitting in the garden all evening relaxing :)
This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
    Fingers crossed x

Hi Anonymoose, DS is away with friends on Saturday so intend to do very little really, apart from drop him into town and pick him up again.

I really need to start decorating downstairs but I just can't be bothered at the moment.
