Pen i am very like you with the decluttering!!! I am VERY throw away happy!!! Only been this year i have started selling , recycling or giving to charity shops. If i haven't used it for a few months then it goes!! lol. Sometimes i think perhaps i am not sentimental enough with things!!!!

LOL Moose - we have about 3 heroes to watch. Tonight we have one flash foward and one House to catch up with!

Morning everyone (or is it Evening for you Anonymoose).

Yesterday went well, had friends round tea time and managed to avoid the wine. Not sure what we've got planned for today. We are skint now until the weekend and the boys are still in bed so I don't think we'll be doing much. The house looks like a tip after yesterday so I guess some house work might be in order (I'll see what I can talk the boys into doing:D).

Other than that I might have a go at scrapping the flakey paint off the bathroom ceiling where it was leaking back during the snow. The leak is mended we just haven't done the painting etc so it looks a right mess. Um - we'll see.

We did have about 10 minutes sunshine earlier but its gone cloudy again now. I do have a load of washing going round the machine so that's going out whatever the weather.

Have a good BH Monday all. :)
This time I haven't smoked since 6th Jan 2014 and still going ok.
    Fingers crossed x

Nice spend free day here at Pen Towers mainly because we were too lazy to go out or anything. Bathroom ceiling is free of flakey paint and I've found the rest of my summer gear. I have so much stuff its silly - just goes to show I was blowing money on clothes I didn't need last year. Some of it hasn't even been worn

Back to work tomorrow so just off to clear out my work bag and knock up a packed lunch. I'm going to have to get my creative hat on soon though as we are running low on bread etc and I'm not getting any more until the end of the week.

£30 now not spent on wine over the last 6 days, now I know exactly where my money was dribbling away to - the wine section at Mr T's. I feel so much better for it and my skin and eyes are really looking better :)

That's fantastic Pen :T Have you got any plans for the money you're saving? x

At the moment I'm not saving it, just not getting into debt spending it (if that makes sense).

When I get paid Friday I'm going to start stashing it away - initally to get the car through the MOT then will use it to add to the emergency fund which is looking quite depleted at the moment.

Pen, I sometime stash away a fiver for every day I don't drink then use it to buy myself something nice :)

DH has just told me to stash it for something nice - he can't believe I've stopped drinking as I had a nasty wine habit going on.

I don't know, I guess I'm so used to putting the family/house first, perhaps I should be a little selfish with this :)
