grilled/roasted veg salad with orizo (bad spelling but I mean the small pasta which looks like rice) or couscous.

I like to make a tray of roasted veg on Sunday (or when you know you'll have the oven on) then stir into cooked pasta. Lasts easily for 2-3 days in the fridge.

Everyone's suggested lovely pasta salad ideas already, so errr potato salad? :D
A very MSE summer salad I like is HM coleslaw( strips of carrot, cabbage & onion with a light dressing of lemon, mustard & salad cream) with cheap extras added like tinned potatoes, sweetcorn, random veggies, pineapple chunks, chicken/fish pieces, HM croutons etc. The basic coleslaw keeps in the fridge very well for 4-5 days and the flavours just get better.

Hi guys, I am starting a new job in a week and a half after not working full time in over a year! I never have time for breakfast in the morning but with the way trains are I will get into work early so plan to eat breakfast there. I recently came across this. Make your own instant oatmeal packets! Instant oatmeal is £1 for 500g at tesco's, divide up into 30g portions into zip lock bags with dried fruit, sugar or sweetener and even spices like cinnamon (cocoa powder also yummy). Add some dried milk to the packets too if you like then you just need a bowl, spoon and some hot water at work! Have not tried it yet myself but I will be doing this when I start work!

I'm sure there are more threads around but I can't find them, hopefully one of the board guides can ;)

There's loads of ideas in these from batch cooking/baking and defrosting to rolls, pittas, wraps, pasta salads, dips with veg and much more.
