I've really slipped off the OS train over the last few weeks. I've been spending £8 a day buying lunch at work and I'm mortified. So tonight, I've made all my lunches for the next 6 days :j

Sandwiches have been made and frozen, fruit portioned into bags and frozen and bottles of water chilling in the fridge. All I have to do is bag them up the night before, stick them in the fridge and remember to get them out of the fridge the next morning (post it notes on the mirror methinks)

I'm aiming for a "no spend at work" August! Especially when I can make a smoked salmon and cheese sandwich for 50p at home compared to £4 at work.

ooh I love a smoked salmon and cheese sarnie!
good for you getting back on the OS track. now how much will you save?
TIP - if you love your Sratbucks coffee - make this cold version!
(actually its exactly like the Aldi Machiatto iced coffee which is delish).
take one good spoonsful of instant coffee, add one spoon of sugar, boil the kettle and add just enough boiling water to dissolve the coffee and sugar. stir well. add enough milk to cool it down - then top up with very cold milk. if ice is available add that!
