I too have added both the milk and bag codes - my shopping came to £5.24. The milk code zero'd, and was the first one I entered, though worryingly the £5 one didn't, although it did say it had been applied. The bag code zero'd initially but added £4.99 once I'd confirmed.... so we shall see!
Seeing as I may have to phone and I see lots of you have already I thought I'd share the website: saynoto0870 dot com (as a new user I'm not allowed to post the actual link) - there are alternative numbers listed but I haven't phoned yet to check them, but it's a great website for finding alternative numbers for those of you that aren't aware of it0 -
Just to confirm for those who are worried, the invoices will not show as credits for codes etc until the 20th of each month. If it hasn't come off then then there is a problem, fair enough, but it won't show until then.It aint over til I've done singing....0

It's over 3 weeks since I placed an order with them (using the newspaper offer). Still waiting for 2 items. Have phone CS so many times and they still can't sort it out despite constant reassurance that my order will arrive the next day.
Given up trying - I'm a pregnant lady craving strawberry milkshake so they could've made a fortune from me! Just waiting to see what money is taken from my account - shouldn't be anything.
Also, the items that were delivered were left in the wrong place. This included a box of teabags left on my doorstep in the pouring rain. Ruined.0 -
It is only for new customers - well I couldn't submit it anywhere - I have been a m&m customer since m&m started and have to say have always had a great service - maybe its my milkman!! :T
I couldn't use this voucher thoughshame as rewarding current customers would be nice!?
After you have added your items you will see an 'Edit & confirm' button under the 'My shopping box' on the right-hand side. Click this and you will be presented with a 'Promotion code' textbox to complete.
I'm an existing customer and the code was accepted - or at least it said 'Your promotion code has been applied'. As others have mentioned however, there does not appear to be any further confirmation with regards to the £5 credit anywhere else on the site so we'll have to wait until invoice day to find out!
If despite the confirmation of acceptance I don't get the discount they'll potentially be losing this customer for sure!

I have just received an email from them :money:

I also saw their veg boxes and I went Googling to see if I can find cheaper prices and I cannot. I'm not sure if their sizes are equivalent to the other sellers' weight-wise though.0

I too was wondering how the discount works as my account shows that I will owe them £4.97 when the invoice comes thru on th 20th.
But then I got this email (about 6hrs after ordering)

Things orderd which don't arrive and yet they expect to be paid for - things pending instead of undelivered. The £5 did come off the initial invoice but I've had to ring three times since then to get the invoice corrected for things which haven't arrived. Seems such a shame that the milkman is being let down by the customer services.
If you put your postcode in the main page, the response will tell you the name of your local milkman and what days he delivers on.Money is a good servant but a bad master.0 -
Just wondering what happens if you live in a flat? I guess they can't just leave it on the doorstep of the block?
I would love to do this at my house but would just get it stolen by local kids.Professional Photographer with a love of bargain hunting.. Been a moneysavingexpert since 2006 :-D

Just wondering how the actual delivery part works - our local mm comes round at about 5am (i've heard the van), so where does he leave the goods, how do you confirm what you have received & what happens if its raining?Money is a good servant but a bad master.0
