  • This promotion was on the daily mail last month and thought I would give it ago, I call Milk and more to clarify how the promotion would work and was told that you simply enter the promotion code and when you recieve the invoice this will show as a credit. This seemed fairly straightforward so I ordered under £5 worth of breakfast. When my invoice came I called up to query this and on an automated message stated that they were experiencing problems with the promotion code. I then waited assuming that they would resolve this and send some sort of correspondence, however this did not happen so I then decided to chase again, I was then told that there was a problem and that they would give me a credit towards my next order, I thought this was quite misleading and refused the offer i was then told that my milk and more account will be closed and will get a full refund and to date i have not recieved anything! I would be careful whilst using this promotion.

I think it is a shame as the delivery was spot on but the customer service really does need to improve to to help the business grow!

Just wondering if the regular payment ahs to be set up to be by direct debit, or if you can have a credit card to take your regular payment from...?

In case anyone else is wondering - I've just called them and they confirmed that continuous credit card payments are fine!
I don't think I can hang on til Friday...

It is only for new customers - well I couldn't submit it anywhere - I have been a m&m customer since m&m started and have to say have always had a great service - maybe its my milkman!! :T
I couldn't use this voucher though :( shame as rewarding current customers would be nice!?

Yes, shame! I thought this discrimination was outlawed for mortgages (though I stand to be corrected on that), why not for every offer?!

It accepted my promotion code and set up payment from credit card. Fingers x'd they deliver on the right day and charge me the discounted amount.

I'm also a regular customer, but the code seemed to go through fine for me. The discount isn't showing on my account yet, so will have to wait and see.

I've been more than pleased with milk & more's service, online and otherwise :)
  • I used the MSE code. I hope it works ok cos it didnt show any deduction.
  • I have signed up for this and as an earlier thread states you can get a free call bag worth 4.99 by adding the cool bag and adding the promotional code COOL3

You can also get a free pint of milk - go to the "offers" section and add the pint of milk and put put the code ONEMILK10

So in addition to the £5 off you are getting a further £4.99 off the cool bag and 80 odd p for the milk.

FWIW when I switched from paying my Dairy Crest milkman by DD to using this Milk&More website they gave me a £20 voucher as an incentive.

  • I have just placed an order for £4.85 with milk and more using the MSE code, but my bank account is already showing the money as going out despite the order being below the £5 free allowance.
I called Milk & More who said you have to spend £5 and your M&M account THEN gets credited with £5, so I will still be debited the £4.85. I was told that if I cancel the order the money will not be taken from my account, so I have cancelled it. No sign of the money yet but we'll see...It's interesting that the money goes out a lot quicker than it comes back in!

The code is actually ONEPMILK10 ;)
I also added that to my order, but was a bit worried that I might not get the fiver off as well... It did say code accepted for both though, so fingers crossed!
