My £5 voucher code isnt working??

I enter it at the bottom, it says promotion code has been applied, and yet, I still get charged?

It's a bit strange but the £5 is deducted when you're billed, you will have a balance outstanding until then. You bill is issued and the £5 deducted so if your order is less than £5 nothing to collect.

code does not work for me and I have not used a code before so I would have been a new customer. Now I will not bother. I presume the code is now out of date?

As for rounds mine states online that they do all days in my street and I know that that is inaccurate as I am up late and hear when they go round and it is only 3 times a week.

I am not feeling confident the offer has worked!

I chose under £5 worth of items to be delivered next week, added the 'MSE' code and setup a DD. I haven't yet received any kind of order confirmation email, just an email to say my DD has been setup. The items are showing on the day I selected but nowhere does it say I won't be charged for them. In the 'my invoices' section of my account it says there aren't any invoices.

Does this all sound ok or should I have received an order confirmation? I don't even know what time to expect the items at the moment!

    Thanks.

    Hi all,

Thanks for the above advise.....I didn't realise that the offer was for just one order; so I have just gone back to make sure all of my items are delivered on the same day; hopefully later on this month.

I also had some problems entering the MSE promo code. I phoned up customer services on 0845- 6063606. I was advised to check my invoice to make sure the MSE offer was correctly processed in my order. If it wasn't, they said to ring them back and they would refund me the money. They advised me that the invoices are displayed on their website on the 20th of each month; so I should be able to see it this Saturday. They also said that they were getting lots of calls from people with problems entering the MSE promo code.

I have also sent an email to the DairyMilk CEO to confirm in writing that I will get my refund.

    I hope this helps.

you can get a free bag with your grocery delivery now too

"1. Log on to your account

    2. Browse our shop and place your orders. To claim your FREE cool bag spend at least £5 on your first delivery and add a cool bag to your basket.

    3. Click on edit and confirm in the shopping basket. Enter promo code COOL3 (make sure you use capitals) and click "go" before confirming your order.

    4. Check your order and click confirm, you will then be able to see your orders in the My Confirmed Orders section. "

not sure if you can use the £5 off code with the spend more than £5 offer would be great if someone can let me know.

Sorry if I appear a bit thick, but does the first order have to be £5? We want a milkman anyway so I have just set up a regular delivery of milk and a direct debit. I'm expecting my first month's bill to just have £5 deducted from it. Have I got that right?

Is this valid for current customers or only new ones?
  • I am a new customer, just ordered and it said "your code has been applied" but the amount is still showing as £5.23. Should it not show as £0.23 or will the £5 from the promo code come out when they do the invoice?

It is only for new customers - well I couldn't submit it anywhere - I have been a m&m customer since m&m started and have to say have always had a great service - maybe its my milkman!! :T
I couldn't use this voucher though :( shame as rewarding current customers would be nice!?
