I have to say on the Debenhams thing, when I went to get measured there they told me to keep my bra on!! I found that very strange indeed. Granted it was a number of years ago now but I did wonder at the time how you can accurately measure when someone is still wearing a bra (particularly if its ill fitting)

I would say off the top of my head about 20..poss 4-5 of those are strapless or fancy ones for dresses etc.

Hello sis  I thought I might see you on here! I've just counted mine and I have 27...I think I need to have a sort out before my new drawers arrive otherwise they might collapse as well

  • Any advice for smaller boobed girls? I generally buy a 32B but I'm pretty sure I am actually a 30 back. However, the only place I can find near me that sells them is debenhams, but they seem to be 'designer' brands which dont do anything for my figure at all, and vary so much.

Anyone know where I can get a strapless one in 34H? I have been told they exist, I just can't find them!

Yes, look for Panache Evie, costs around £24.00 and is a continuity line. If you cannot find one then email me and I'll tell you where you can get one. x

  • I have about 20 ranging from a 32F to 34F depending on where they're from. But I recently got fitted at Bravissimo who informed me I was actually a 28GG! Well thats all well and good but I can't afford any bras from there so will be saving up my pennies I think!

This is the difference between measuring and fitting. I will also ask to see the bra a lady is wearing and what size it is (I check the label as ladies cannot remember) and that helps as a guide for a fitting.

A fitter does not need to see someone topless at all and it can be done discreetly if the customer is not very confident, I just do not think that ladies realise this.

    Ah, sorry, shop talk.

There is seasonal fashion, these will be colours that are in and once sold that will be it, you'll not be able to get them again.

Then there is continuity lines so that if someone sells them and they are sold out they can usually order them in for you as they are always (or usually always) in stock with the manufacturer and come in colours Nude, Black, White and Ivory.

I have an overflowing drawer of bras and another of knickers - mostly matching (I can't resist a pretty set) but do tend to wear the same sets all the time.

They do range from 32DD to 34F from everywhere including La Senza, Panache, Freya, Fantasie, Elle Macpherson, Gossard.

    M&S do not fit me.
