Really? I always see loads of 32Cs in New Look's sales.

I'm a 34E... hate bra shopping, not much choice though I know my size is not as difficult to find as some sizes.

Ack! I am a shameful woman, getting my own bra size mixed up...:D

I wear a 30C atm, but used to wear a 32B hence the confusion.. Apologies!:rotfl:

I have 3 but am hoping to get a couple of new ones tomorrow with my birthday M+S vouchers. Some of you ladies have some very impressive collections!

Just as a rough guide, im a size 12 and wear a 32 back, so size 10 should be more 30, size 14 34 ect ect. That will vary but its normally pretty ok. Although now ive thought about this, you'll need to ignore that rough guide if youre big busted because that its all about balancing the see saw and you will probably need to go tighter.

Is this right? I'm a 10/12 and M&S recently measured me at a 36B. I had read that the strap should go straight across at the back and mine doesnt but this is what I was measured at.

And this is why you should not get measured at M&S as they really are crap at fitting bras.

Yes, the strap should fit straight across your back and it should be snug but not too tight, the cups should'cup' all of the breast tissue.

See how far you can take the bra in and take the inches off. Bet you'll be a 32D/32DD.

Two pairs of matching knickers for every bra, of course! :D

(yes, my matching obsession is a source of great amusement to my friends!)

Any advice for smaller boobed girls? I generally buy a 32B but I'm pretty sure I am actually a 30 back. However, the only place I can find near me that sells them is debenhams, but they seem to be 'designer' brands which dont do anything for my figure at all, and vary so much.

I seem to remember noticing a couple of specialist companies popping up for smaller sizes - the first that came up on Google was http://www.daintylady.co.uk/

Hopefully they are doing the same as Bravissimo and finding ones that are comfortable and flattering for non-average sizes!

There is a newish brand to the UK made by Eveden, who make Fantasie and Freya. It is called Elomi and goes up to a 56 back sizes but these bras are gorgeous and very supportive. http://www.elomilingerie.com/

Ok, who made me go and count my knickers? 34 normal, 4..a bit risque and the usual matching the bra ones, 46 altogether....omg, is that normal?

I am soooo jealous of you larger chested ladies, I would almost give my left arm for a larger chest. I'm so small I can buy teenage cotton bras (I do prefer underwire though, I don't know why cause I certainly don't need the support), I currently have 4, 2 white and 2 black. I must wear matching cotton "shorts" pants too, I don't do not matching.

I have never been measured, I couldn't for the embarrassment factor, cause I really could get away without wearing a bra, think of Trinny and her chest size, thats me, but I feel too naked without one.
