so are you feeling that the house needs a general maintenance drive? well it will do if it hasnt been touched for 40 years in terms of painting the outside, cleaning the outside etc,,, this is why you're probably feeling you want rid of it

Ensuites do not need to take up too much room either. You need a fresh pair of eyes to look at utilising the space in your home.
