Well flowers are still in a good condition and packed beautifully into a cardboard box. Such a thoughful DD1...

  • Butti - I feel your pain with Hellifax!

Elfen - no problem at all, I ached more from laughing at the moves that expected a normal person to do! Well done too.

    Suzy - ah that's lovely.

The supermarkets and card shops are full of dads with their kids buying cards and flowers. Bewarned if you are venturing out today!

Worst thing about having a pj Saturday - post man knocked! I was in my red pj's, hair all over the place, make up smudged under my eyes and I knew the post man  I was mortified so I am now bathed and dressed and probably won't have anyone come to the door for the rest of the day!

    That's a shame LMC.

Well I was up bright and early for parkrun, there were 245 runners this week, a new record! :T
didn't beat last weekend's PB, 9 seconds slower which was annoying buy hey-ho.
It was a beautiful bright sunny morning so i was glad to be up and out in the fresh air surrounded by crocuses.

I came back, showered and nommed my steamed salmon, scrambled eggs and sauteed mushrooms. all happy now.
    ...Linda xx
It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
