I am not going to use the word skinny in the thread:rotfl:

I will probably just continue with the DFW weighloss thread and track everyones weight loss no matter how slow they want to go.

In the 10 weeks I have been running the thread I have lost and put back on again so am now right back to the start for the summer challenge:o

To be honest my friend I have been at a loss for a reason for my black clouds these last few weeks and if I really needed to talk I know that you would have been there in a shot..............Its one of my problems, not being able to ask for help:o

Our 10 week weight loss challenge is coming to an end this week but I shall continue with a new focus for summer so we are going to stay here:D
