Oooo Luc before you go I have just read back, I just wanted to say how nice it is that you still get butterflies waiting for your OH to come back..

I have to say even though I slag my OH off something chronic...he is not all bad, just very frustrating and he treats me like a doormat but doesn't realise he is doing it. By the time he gets where he is going later he will have figured out how stupid he was all by himself...

I'm sitting here feeling like I'm about to go on a first date:o:rotfl:

Thanks Sammy, I'll try not to phone at 2am in the morning when I can hear noises and my mind goes into overdrive and thinks someone is trying to break in lol!

grrr to your OH, nice of him to be concerned that the car might cut out on you instead!

Luc...glad that OH is back today and you can have some lovely huggles together tonight :)

I have just started counselling Lou.....the counsellor asked me what I wanted to get out of counselling and I gave a really lucid answer....both me and the counsellor were dead impressed but I can't for the life of me remember what it was.

I do know I got very upset when talking about OH's imagined ailments. I had a talk to his mother today and she said she thinks the fact that 4 of his uncles all died within two years of each other when he was about 20 has a lot to do with it as it affected his dad (they were all his brothers) a lot.....he is about the same age as them now...two died of heart attacks and two died of cancer....made me a bit more sympathetic

Have a great 'first date' Luc!

For Mothers Day Jessica made me a little box at school and decorated it herself. Inside there was shredded paper and a little chocolate.
This afternoon she brought it to me and said "Can I have the chocolate?" :rotfl:

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

I am thinking of going back too as I have been battling with ghosts lately and think that i need to work through them with some help.

Counselling isnt for everyone but it did help me understand not only myself but those around me who have been an influence on my life. I have constantly been let down by the people I rely on and the feelings of worthessness have returned.

I also would like to discover why I am kept at arms length my most people.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
