Aww Suzy, I love you hun. Your post made me cry , as did Bunny's text earlier.

My OH seems to think I'm in the wrong. He took himself off to bed earlier to escape the atmosphere. Maybe I'm wrong in just wanting to be acknowledged today, I dont now

So that is his coping strategy for feeling guilty is it! Make you feel like crap then its nobody elses responsibility.:mad:

I get that treatment too but thankfully I now fully recognise when its happening to me (after a year of counselling) so I challenge it!

Thanks for making me giggle - I realised I must sound silly

I don't have time to hang it before going to work in the morning (I'm not good at getting up 15 mins earlier ) so I had to hang it up tonight if I wanted it to dry in the next day or so. I hung two loads earlier but had also washed a third.

I try to not hang it out later than twilight as it is a bit tricky to see what I am doing towards the end of a load (I have been known to put the house lights on at the back and open all curtains so I can see!).

Claire - would you like to borrow my cast iron griddle? I don't understand why one minute he's loving, helps out and the next turns into a right !!!!!!.

Just back from the pool....well back for about an two hours but been trying to get OH off on his travels again....all I will say is Grrrrrr and told him not to bother ringing me up, I don't want to see him again till Friday.....grrrrrr

put it this way he has gone in MY car because his car cut out on the motorway today....doesn't matter that I have to drive back to liverpool and back in it. So he took mine and mine had run out of petrol.....much tutting and face pulling from him.

I don't care....I used to let his childishness bother me but I don't any more, its his problem.

Yes Sally there are two sides to every story but it takes TWO to work at a marriage...its very difficult if there is only one of you working at it...

This is a painful time in your life. I found it worse than a death....big big hug for you and you can ring me ANY time should you need to talk to someone...

Before my light goes out (;)) I would just like to thank you all for getting me through a long and difficult week. Without you on here and on FB I'm not sure how well I would have managed.

Oooo Luc before you go I have just read back, I just wanted to say how nice it is that you still get butterflies waiting for your OH to come back..

I have to say even though I slag my OH off something chronic...he is not all bad, just very frustrating and he treats me like a doormat but doesn't realise he is doing it. By the time he gets where he is going later he will have figured out how stupid he was all by himself...
