ok you win....yet again!!!! Don't think I've seen that one, sounds nice though - hmmm just checked and it's not on the supermarket website here grrrr, Maybe you could grab some for me next time you go shopping please?????? Looking at my choices here there about half a dozen cat-pee variations, sorry, camomile ;) and a few others but not your one. Thanks a million me dear :D

I got a stacking tube of 4 types from whittards in November for £4, I think there were ten of each so good value. They were different types - 'detox' 'relax' etc. They mostly smell like farts but they taste pretty good.

    Well done Sally!
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

OK, so before I get inundated with shopping requests I should advise:
1 - bookworm is my cyber stalking mum :D I am naturally delighted she is here as I'm trying to up the wattage of her lightbulb. ;)
2 - tea tastes of echinacea, so if you don't like the plant-y edge don't get any (I have to be in the mood for it). It is from Asda (if anyone else wants any :D)

bookworm - I'll try to get some and add it to the weekend post parcel (or just send you a few of my current box so you can test it out).

I am thinking of going back too as I have been battling with ghosts lately and think that i need to work through them with some help.

Counselling isnt for everyone but it did help me understand not only myself but those around me who have been an influence on my life. I have constantly been let down by the people I rely on and the feelings of worthessness have returned.

The problem with counselling is its very variable quality. It makes brickies look like top-notch professionals *all* of the time...

You of all people shouldn't be feeling worthless - you are clever *and* a babe...

Funny how you're all talking about counselling, I posted on my diary earlier about how it's totally messed up mum (well, it was a combination of bad counselling and the drink) and how I'm struggling to deal with it and be as sympathetic as I should. I just want to scream at her to stop drinking and accept that the stuff she's having counselling for never happened, whereas I know that if she were a stranger I'd have a lot more compassion.

If it was your mother and this was the first time you'd heard it - you'd have a lot more compassion.

The technical term for it is "compassion fatigue" - it happens to everyone.
