No actual experience of hiring the the bigger cars but the 7 seaters are equivalent of our people carries Ford Galaxy, Renault Espace, Toyota Previa etc the 8 seaters are more like a van/minibus.

A 7 seater will not give you the room you need for the luggage, go for the 8 seater for the extra space.0

Can anyone tell me the best place to find discount vouchers/couponns fr Orlando
Thanks
Everywhere you look in Orlando there will be stands packed with free booklets all giving discount vouchers/ coupons for attractions/restaurants/shopping and if you buy the sunday paper there will be loads more. At first glance they look to have the same vouchers but I take a couple of each one as they do vary slightly. Pick them up at any hotel reception, visitor centres and many of the eateries! http://www.see-orlandoflorida.com/coupons.php3CHEAP IN COST NOT IN STYLE...0 -

Absolutely correct. The 7 seaters have room for about 2 large suitcases and a few bags. You would not get 6 cases and six people in one! We've hired a few different 7 seater models (for a family of 5) in the last couple of years. The Dodge Grand Caravan was the roomiest (through Dollar), but the Town and Country (also thro Dollar) had less luggage space.
I've always booked thro Airline Network and had great deals.0 -

Is anybody able to tell me which is the better placed development from the 2 in the title?
We will be visiting Disney, but would also want to spend some time on I Drive if not too far away. Driving will not be a problem.
(Edited to add another question.)
Also, has anybody had any dealings with Youtravel? http://www.youtravel.com/index.asp
They are ABTA bonded so they seem genuine, but I thought I would ask.

We too are going to Dineyworld next year for the first time and thanks to this site we have discovered https://www.thedibb.co.uk which is an absolutely fantastic site. It has information to help you make decisions about when to go, where to go, where to buy tickets, etc. and the forum members on there will answer any questions you come up with really quickly. It really is a great site. Have fun planning your trip.0 -

Also the food in the onsite hotels is costs more than the offsite restaurants....even with the all-inclusive deals.
Tickets - your local TA is likely to charge more for your tickets than an internet ticketagent......maybe 20% more expensive which on a Disney 2 weeker for family of 4 is over a hundred quid.
Almost all half-decent offsite hotels have a free shuttle to the major theme parks so a car isnt necessary a hindrance in the land of the car.illegitimi non carborundum0 -

I tried to do a search on the forum and I don't think this has been asked before but was wondering about what vehicle size I should hire.
We are six adults with six suitcases and want to travel in one vehicle. There are only going to be three days on our trip where we have all our luggage with us, but we want to travel comfortably, not have suitcases rammed under our chins!!
Has anyone got experience of hiring a seven seater such as a Dodge Caravan or a Ford Freestar? What is the luggage capacity like?
Would it be better to go for the Chevy Astrovan? This is now a discontinued model so I was wondering what the replacement is. Or how about an 8 seater SUV?
Sorry its so many questions but this is the last bit of our holiday to sort out.
Thanks
We've always hired a Dodge Grand Caravan or Town & Country (didn't notice any difference in size between them BTW) and there is only 3 of us. With all the seats in use then there is not much room for luggage so you will need to get a bigger vehicle.~Laugh and the world laughs with you, weep and you weep alone.~:)
