I'm a bit confused about that (nothing new there then
)
It surely wouldn't work for reps as we get 25% discount anyway, but it does seem that if my customers were to see it then they could get their orders 12% cheaper than they could buy from me
But don't forget they have to order a minimum of £25 (I think) to get free delivery. Am currently trying to coax someone away from buying direct on-line..... not having much success at the mo. Any/all suggestions much appreciated although maybe they don't order much anyway because when I mentioned about the delivery charge they said they split it 3 ways so it wasn't much anyway!Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

Yes MC you are right. It only tracks if you purchase through the Avon Retail site for customers but as I said above, cashback is not guaranteed and can take upto 3 months to payout. Not guaranteed money.
Yes, initially any cashback from Quidco seems to take ages but it then seems to catch up - maybe once you're established? Was really surprised this month or is it just Tesco's that are very quick payers?Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

no, you are lucky, Tescos are quick payers. I am still waiting on Boots to pay out my 24p cashback! and I use quidco a lot!0

OH well...................... need to prep 300 books and get them out over the weekend. Hoping to really make some good sales this time as book 8 is nice and thick and full of offers!0 -
Thanks Aureol for getting back to me on the Moneymaker. Think I'll give it a go!! Might start with a price of £14 and enter into some bargaining with my customers!!
Can anybody answer the question on unopened items and returns for moneymaker?
Delivery came yesterday, all appears fine although not really checked it yet. C9 book isn't very good - not very many good offers that I can see, the first quarter of the book is geared towards getting people to buy the Antler weekend bag with not many items reduced!! Think I can feel a "spend £10 and get 10% off" incentive coming on or something .... !!0 -
I went out to pick up some books today and have signed up a new rep!
also
have confirmed appointment for tomorrow morning too!
Two in two days, on a roll baby!!:T wealth is a state of mind :T0 -

Thanks GloversGirl - I suspected C9 might be a rubbish campaign! Like you, I'll also be doing C8 during C9 campaign so hopefully sales won't suffer too much, and then C10 (with the new fergie perfume) with C9 on back order.0 -
gingerkirsty wrote: »Another Q about moneymakers. HT states they must be returned unopened for a refund so how does that work if you sell them and then they are returned? You just suck it up?
I think what they mean is, you cannot open all the perfume bottles, sample them all and then send them back for a refund. They are obviously going to resell the products so they would prefer them to remain intact in the original packaging.
If a customer buys it, takes it home and tries it and is not happy or finds the smell fades too quickly or something else, then you can email Avon explain you bought it as a moneymaker, customer is not happy and you need to return it, they will then tell you what to do.0 -

Brilliant, thanks Aureol212. As ever you have the answers!!
Thankfully it is an eau de parfum for a change, so am hoping people will like it AND be happy with it!!
Hope you are still enjoying the job x0
