Hi MTC, up to you but I did point out to my customers that the smoothie wasn't a shampoo - bottle is soooo big though so it's good value. Hopefully your customers will be happy to accept, as mine were.

As aureol says, put the next book in with all your orders when you deliver them (I tend to deliver on a Friday and collect the book the following Tuesday) but if I need to 'get a move on' and/or cover for a holiday then I put books out early to anyone, who hasn't ordered. Bit of a juggling act but just up to you how you manage it.

Am told that some agents put the next book out before they deliver the current order i.e. use it to post a note confirming that the order's ready for delivery, quoting how much and when it will be delivered. The idea is that they then collect the next order when they deliver the goods from the current order. Am not sure my 'lot' would order again before paying for their current order (and of course you could shoot yourself in the foot if something they've ordered is cheaper in their next book.....) Apart from that I'm like a scalded cat when my goodies arrive - just can't wait to get them delivered and collect the cash! :rotfl:

My delivery was today and my next order is due in online by Friday 16th April. Should it be three weeks from delivery or from when I submitted my order (which was last Friday?).

    xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Three weeks from when you placed your order. Some agents use the week between placing the order and receiving it to prep books so everything's ready when you get your order.

Thanks - interesting!! Didn't order any last time, but got 2 on this order so will see if they are on my online invoice.

Rang Avon customer services today to try and find out whether their opening hours were different over easter. They close at 6pm on Good Friday and earlier on Easter Sunday, probably a 6pm close on Monday. All a bit vague, and he had to put me on hold for ages to confirm that.

If anybody else has, or manages to get, more info, can you let us know?

The Pearlshine was out of stock on my last order but then I needed to put in an additional order and they came with that so am guessing they're now back in stock....

Woohoo! Just collected some more of my books in and I've now made the HOV! Still have about 10 books outstanding. Think one is definitely ordering but has to wait till the wife's in, and 2 said they didn't want anything this time but would order next time :j

And I still have one more road to take books out to. Going to take them C6s, then next campaign they can be on C7, while the current C7s are on C8. May as well make use of the free C6s my ASM gave me :money:

If you reach the target sales for smart start, do you get the make-up samples AND the anew product, or just the anew product?

Not sure there's a 'hard and fast rule' but am guessing it's 'either/or'..... Only have three in my team at the mo.... :( They all hit HOV last campaign; two got samples and one got an Anew product.

Yes it's 2 weeks A as last order was submitted last week, week off between submitting and receiving delivey leaving 2 weeks left.

I wouldn't worry missy I've never canvassed in the week between just had a bit of a rest. I'd put a brochure in with each order and then work round the remainder of your territory as and when you can. As for your product query I had someone order one and completely forgot to mention it lol. I'd keep quiet, if anybody asks then you can explain and offer to return/exchange in then, people might have only wanted it for the shower gel side anyway so then it would be no problem.

I do that. i bought some coloured paper from a crafty shop and printed them from the Avon website.

Get four on A4 and i fill them in, day before delivery and take them out. give them 2-3 notice usually like this

Delivery on Thursday 29 blah, 6-7pm ish
    Amount due £9.99
    Call *****88*****88 for alternative delivery

Not really had much of a problem, did it from first delivery.

This is exactly what i did! Was meant to deliver one yesterday and one today, but came down with Flu, hopin to make it out tomorrow.
