Hi everyone. Just getting my orders together for early next week. This is only my second attempt at ordering so I have a little question. Some of my new customers are on C5 and the rest on C6. When placing my C5 order, this I guess will have to be an additional, but does this mean that I have to pay postage even though a C6 order is going to be delivered at the same time. Also could someone confirm whether the total of both camps contributes to HOV?
Cheers0 -

When you put in your order for C6 you will see on the bit where you enter the product codes that you can chose whether the product is ordered from C5 or C6. That way all of your products are ordered in a regular order and it all counts towards MOV/HOV.Proud wife to a soldier and mummy to two gorgeous boysDealing with our Debt Barclaycard £2022.98 RBS £1249.86 Next £183.03September Groceries £120/£102.05:( September Packed Lunches 22/6Sealed Pot Challenge #9940 -

Turns out her daughter put it through her old avon lady's door!!!! Am quite annoyed coz obviously the order form would have had my details on but this other rep hasn't called or anything so has blatently poached my order!! I don't know if it was a big order or not but it's not really point!!
Come on, you're a big girl.... take a deep breath, go and knock on the door, explaining that your customer has told you she's posted her order to you through the wrong door in error. You never know, the other rep may not even have noticed. Give her the benefit of the doubt and hopefully you'll resolve this amicably.
Something similar happened to me once although in that case it was the other rep, whose child was helping her collect books and she picked one of mine up in error. We sorted it out - no problem. Hope you do too.
Oops, sorry, just finished catching up and seen your post about not knowing where the other rep lives. Can't your friend's daughter give you a clue at least and/or maybe you could find the address via your ASM or SMA even (if that's allowed).Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

I would ask the friend's daughter who put it through the wrong door yummymummy, as you won't be able to look it up on SMA, that is against Data Protection Act.0
