    Hi everyone,

My orders seem to have slowed up a little although in fairness I am off collecting tonight so hope to have a few orders there.

Can I ask some of the old timers (no offence meant!) At what point would you bump up your MOV to then achieve HOV to then achieve commision of 25%?

I don't know if that makes sense. Hope so. My order is currently sitting at just under £100, hoping to more orders though!

Hi everyone. Just getting my orders together for early next week. This is only my second attempt at ordering so I have a little question. Some of my new customers are on C5 and the rest on C6. When placing my C5 order, this I guess will have to be an additional, but does this mean that I have to pay postage even though a C6 order is going to be delivered at the same time. Also could someone confirm whether the total of both camps contributes to HOV?
    Cheers

nooooooooooooooooooooo stop! lol if your MAIN campaign is camp 6 you 'place an order', 'camp 6' 'regular order' then on the 'order products' page you change the drop down on the left hand side (that says 6) to '5' and you order 5s and 6s on the same order.

If i had 140 id probably buy £8 worth to bump it up Ive just had a look at some of my reps last orders and one has £146, the other is £145 arrgghh so close. If that was my order i wouldnt have been able to let it go without adding a few quid to get more back from it x

Minerals Foundation question (this may have been discussed - if so I apologise)

A customer just re-ordered mineral foundation (the powder stuff). Firstly the name had changed from Personal Match to Ideal Shade. Secondly the product has gone up in price. The really unexplainable thing is the pot was 15g and is now 6g !!

I've phoned Avon, got nowhere, they suggested I email them.

How can they justify this? I'm embarrassed to face the customer and other customers who will be re-ordering.

    Any ideas anyone?

re the mineral foundation... i think from what i heard the new stuff is PURE mineral, the personal match was a mineral mix... means you have to use much less of the new stuff and its actually even better for your skin!? Or so i remember being told.... double check by emailing avon though.

Thanks for that Johanne. I have emailed them, so we'll see.

I'll let the customer see their response. If you're right, it is a fair explanation.

Ok quick bit of maths - say you had orders of £148, with a 25% discount (assuming no demo or fixed discount items) it would cost £111

If you had £139 of orders, with a 20% discount, would cost £111.20 (again assuming full 20% discount on everything) - so if you have £139 may as well bump it up as you basically be getting stuff for free with the extra 5% discount.

Thanks for explaining that lozza, don't think my brain would have ever worked that out! :-)
