Avon have sent me a totally standard & meaningless reply stating what fantastic value they offer & how they have to change products to keep up with the high street. :mad:

I've replied & said that was no help & to please address my question properly, or words to that effect.

I noticed a couple of 'thanks' from you peeps so I'll keep you posted.

Could be wrong but I think when you apply to Avon you are awarded 'points' based on your answers to the questions on the application form i.e. if you have a bank account, credit card, catalogue account they're all seen as positives (presumably, also if you're a home-owner and been at your current address for a few years). Provided you reach a certain points level then you're approved; if you don't then they do an actual credit check, which presumably then shows up on your credit footprint.

Don't worry about wasting your AM's time (although a lot of people agree that you'd be better signing up with an SL rather than an ASM) - if you want to do Avon then your upliner will do everything they can to help you.

PS: No idea what a dmp is or a ccc - is the latter like a ccj?

Does anyone know how quickly your confirmation e-mail with account number etc comes through.

Congratulations Hayston on getting signed up. The ASM will post your completed application off the same day, so Avon will receive it the next day and it is usually keye d and emails sent out within a couple of days.

Got someone from Avon coming to see me at 3.30pm today. Don't know if she's a SL or AM though - I contacted them through flissys - are they SLs?

How soon do you know your territory? Do you have to wait for your account confirmation and things first?

You'll get your territory once your signed up, yes it will be a sl - we can get territory ourselves once we have a signed contract you don't need to wait for an account number.

Whoop haven't finished checking my orders but bit extra money from creative ordering, sold some stock and can get myself some hairspray free! Plus a customer has ordered some colortrend makeup from c5 which is the same price in c6 so I can choose myself for a £1 so got a question-

anyone know what applicator it is on the 'read my lips lipgloss' hard to tell from the pic!

Hiya I've made a mistake with my order and ordered the wrong books so I have my c8 books but I don't have anymore c7 now. If i put in an aditional order how long will they take to come?

Usually within a week though I've had them come the next day before now think it depends when there's a driver in the area
