We thought we would give the Outspoken money maker a go this time, so after giving out 50 samples, made flyers to go in the book we have sold a grand total of........................

What a waste of time !
  • Hello - quick question. If someone has ordered the Outspoken perfume set and now wants to return it can I do that? I ordered it through the Moneymaker in Hello Tomorrow but it says items must be returned unopened. Surely the same money back guarantee applies whether I ordered through Hello Tomorrow or not?

    Thanks for any help :)

I work full time as well as avon...its very easy to do your tax - it doesn't affect your full time job at all, just ring up the self employed helpline and they can set it all up for you, very helpful I found. You need to complete a self assessment every year - as your earnings on avon aren't going to be massive, you just need to basically tell them I had x amount of orders, x amount of costs, so therefore I earnt x amount. They then work out how much tax you need to pay. I think you pay roughly 20% (don't quote me on it!) on your *profit* - which takes into account any & all costs you've had for running your avon business - obvious things like brochures, samples etc, but also if you print out things - paper & ink etc etc so you don't need to pay much tax if you're very careful about saving all receipts ;)

I've actually been surprised by outspoken, I've sold about 6 sets I think, plus 2 people have ordered just the body spray (so will be ordering another 2 sets so that I can keep the other bits lol). I bought about 50 samples, and offered it at £12. I'll loose some in earnings obviously, but I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have sold anywhere near that amount if I hadn't given the reduction, plus with the orders going through on OH account, I'll earn some of his sales anyway so win win! :)

lots of people on PC forum saying they are temp OOS! :( Also the pedometer is OOS too as im waiting on one!

Didnt get to that road today to collect any orders as my DD is sick! Also didnt get my regulars C11's out... already had messages asking where they are! Think people forget sometimes that i cant drop everything all the time for avon!

Put loads of stock on ebay for really reasonable prices 8 days ago but had no bids and no watchers even! :( Really wondering best way to get rid now... hmmm.

Hey guys, Im really sorry to hear that Fergie isnt selling for you.
I sold 22 in C10 and still picking up more orders (3 so far) for C11.

Are you using/wearing Fergie when you go out? I did and got loads of positive feedback, gave out a sample in every brochure attached to a glossy postcard. Really seems to have caught people's eye.

Hope you sell more in C11.
