Hi, not been on here for ages, been busy, busy, busy and not been putting all my efforts into Avon, which is costing me money!! Anyways, my regular order is due tomorrow night but as I am travelling down south tomorrow night put my feeble order in of £52 in this evening and forgot an order from a customer that I missed last time. I didn't want to add it on as I thought it would cost me. I now have another order just come in via text. Can I ring customer service now and add it on as my order isn't actually due until tomorrow night?
Always worth trying and see what they say.
Next time, if you get close to MOV/HOV, isn't it worth ordering some extra goods that you think you may be able to sell (or even use yourself)? Worst case scenario is that you have to return them but either way it earns you (extra) discount or gives you cheap/free goodies for yourself.Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

If you get onto them really really quickly you should be able to add to your order without costing you anything. If you leave it too late tomorrow then they will process your regular order early and you will not be able to make additions to it. You will then have to send an additional order. always best to get on to them asap, im pretty sure that they are closed now, but do call them at 8am and get in there quick:T wealth is a state of mind :T0 -
Yeah, I did think of that but this last campaign cost me too much, unsure how, probably cos I am buying too much for myself and just felt so fed up of this camp. Didn't send any brochures out I just wanted to get it done and sent, only 2nd time I've done it in a year, but both times in the last 3 months!! LOL! They're closed now but will ring and talk to them tomorrow. How much is it these days for an additional order? x0

Hi Lyndsey
yes, you can ring Customer Service and they should add it on now, as it should not be being prepared, so they can add it to the existing order.
ah sorry, everyone replying at same time! £2.50 for an additional order.0 -
Hello ladies
Just in from my second night of deliveries and some of my wonderful customers have already given me their orders for C11.
I had put the books out yesterday for collection tomorrow, with a note attached basically saying, ' Im having an op next week, youve got the book for 2 nights, please leave it outside on the day marked on the order form for collection, as I have less than a week to do the whole village'
Ive managed to pull in over £160 orders tonight. Fab, Ace. Best bit, is that even with orders outstanding, Ive bee able to pull in enough to clear my balance already. Aces. Not bad for 2 days work.:T wealth is a state of mind :T0 -

Morning everyone, hope you are all ok today. My little boy's nursery are having a fundraising day and have asked me to have an Avon stall. I am really excited by this but also panicking somewhat too! It will cost £8 for the pitch, so I was wondering what everyone thinks I should sell to make as much money as poss for me lol. Thought I would have a 99p box but otherwise I'm stumped. Do I sell stuff for the same prices as in the brochure? Has anyone got any experience in this sort of thing? xxxxx0

I'd sell stuff at enough of a mark-up for you to make a profit, but cheap enough that you can sell plenty. 99p box is a great idea (have plenty of change!), then I'd have a bit of variety, maybe some of the cheaper perfumes, I'd say sun creams with it being summer but with the weather being how it is! and maybe of the "bug sprays", there are some good bubble baths in clearance magnolia ones for 99p which could be good at £1.50 or so (if you don't sell them they'd make great free gifts for your customers to), and generally any bits you've gotten free/cheap from creative ordering. good luck with it!Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A0
