Hello everybody,

Hope you are all well, I haven't had chance to post anything for ages, have been having a rubbish time as me and OH have split up, meaning all my time has been taken up with my two jobs, my NVQ and looking after my 18 month old and unfortunately Avon had to take a back seat. However have still been putting orders in and got ok sales. Did think about giving up but thought if I could just get through this difficult patch I can make a real go of things.

Anyhoo I wondered if anyone coud help me out with something. I have got some bits missing from my delivery, checked the invoice and they are not on there meaning it looks like I didn't order them (mostly multiple quantities of things). I am putting this down to my head being all over the place. I am going to put in an additional order and have accepted I will have to pay for delivery. Firstly how long will this take to come and secondly will they send it without the regular order having yet been paid for. Any help gratefully appreciated xxx

Hi MissyTheCat, sorry to hear you're having such a bad time, but well done for not throwing the towel in!
I had to place an additional order a few camps back, missed a cust order tucked in a book and I had just placed order the night before. I didn't want to let cust down as I am a new rep and didn't want her to think I was unreliable, so placed an additional over the phone. I called on the Tues morning and the order came on the Thursday (before the original order), so just 2 days. Hope this helps.

Thanks for that bargainsearcher, did it come by Royal Mail? Don't think they will be able to send the things I need by Royal Mail as I need some Footsprays and they're aerosols xxx

awh hun sorry to hear that x keep avon on the back burner until you feel more up to it x You can check on the status of your orders by logging in, going to my account I think it is, and then track my order. Your additional will show on there, prepared means its fine, held means it won't be sent. You can put additional orders in in-between regular orders with no problem so it should be sent - but you will need to clear your balance to below £20 before you submit your next "regular" order if that makes sense. Is there any items I can help with? I don't have any foot sprays I'm afraid though x Yeah usually additional orders, if there not too heavy, will come by royal mail - but anything heavy or aerosols will come by courier. Should come within a week usually, as the couriers will have lots of other additional orders to deliver.

Hi, not been on here for ages, been busy, busy, busy and not been putting all my efforts into Avon, which is costing me money!! Anyways, my regular order is due tomorrow night but as I am travelling down south tomorrow night put my feeble order in of £52 in this evening and forgot an order from a customer that I missed last time. I didn't want to add it on as I thought it would cost me. I now have another order just come in via text. Can I ring customer service now and add it on as my order isn't actually due until tomorrow night?
