Has anyone got a copy of the leaflet they put in with their books when first canvassing their territory please?

you know "Hi, I am xxx, your new Avon Representative, and will be covering your road...etc, etc."

    Thank you.

Wow for the first time ever, have hit minimum order value with just 3 customers! Haven't even got orders in from rest of customers yet!

    Whoop congrats!

Well we've got to our highest amount of orders ever this campaign, whoop!!!! Had 2 new customers from facebook, got a new customer last campaign from a referral who places big orders, and then recanvassed some our territory and got 2 new customers. Also had 2 other people say they hadn't ordered this time, but would like the next brochure. :D

Morning all, and what a glorious morning it is here is (three times a year normally) north Wales.

I did a pick up of books on Friday and guess what?! finally, on the 6th book Ive given out, I got an order from a customer who has never ordered before!

She ordered the Fergie set as I had put in postcards and a sample attached to each one. Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Just goes to show, covering every house, every campagin does pay off! I shall be telling all team members to keep it up, you never know who might order on a whim!

Loving it, went to Radio 1 Big weekend yesterday. it was hot and great. Son got his fingers stamped twice so off to A&E but today just black and blue and still too poorly to make me a brew!

But I was a really good girl, and took Avon prospecting flyers with me :)

Hope someone is looking down on me and smiling too!

Awh hope DS is ok! I always encourage everyone to recanvass for at least 6 campaigns, unless people request not to have a brochure. Then I suggest just delivering brochures every campaign to people who have ordered at some point, and recanvassing 20 or so houses each campaign, keeps it more manageable and they don't have to spend as much on brochures as they can use re-use the ones they have towards the end of a campaign, and means they can still get new customers.

To be honest, I buy 70 brochures for my own territory. I do work my tail off for the first 10 days from delivery onwards, but then Ive usually covered all of my territory (except the ones who have asked me not to leave a book) and that gives me a week and a bit to go prospecting.

Have just received my first invoice for SL books and at 48p a pack with no higher 1st charge, I really dont mind! Ive always bought that many and I will keep doing so. It means that I can carry on doing parties and getting the books out and in again in double quick time. Also gives me time to chase the stragglers :)

4 months in, (still early days I know) but I do still love it. :)

After a year and a half....well theres no way I'd deliver to every house every campaign as it wouldn't be worth it, even though we do get brochures cheaper, it would take me too long for to little return. Each to their own!

Wish me luck, off out soon with DS, as I found even more expired books!!!!!! so have prepped them for looking for new reps, and we are going to go deliver in the lovely sunshine.

Then finish deliveries tonight and make sure all customers and territories have books, then off to work tomorrow and collect books wednesday night.

Phew. Am going to be shattered by next weekend.

Still trying to find that routine that works for us!

Right dropped to all my regulars this weekend. Offering fergie set at £12 so hoping to generate some interest.

Im feeling positively drained by avon lately and have actually thought about ringing my ASM and handing over all my territory except for my 100 customers keeping them as f+f. Im just not getting round it all.... so i need to make big changes.I think i need to sit and just make a set plan for each campaign, set days, roads etc and STICK TO IT! But im so unorganised lately its gonna be hard.....

Im finding the campaigns running away with me and despite putting 16 hours in im finding myself being lazy about recanvassing last couple of campaigns,. My accounts are all over the place - havent done any since campaign 3!! :o:o, im making silly mistakes and im either forgetting things on peoples orders or people are changing their minds or avon are messing up. And my paperwork is an absolute tip!! Ive got invoices all over the place, my calling book is totally out of date and im just really fed up!

Yes my sales are great and i love the fact i can work for myself etc... but im sick of it taking over my house and life. I could do with someone taking my daughter for a week and giving me time to sit and just go through all my avon stuff and get myself organised! But thats never gonna happen.

I feel so overwhelmed....... i know what i need to do but its just finding the time to implement it.

Sorry guys just needed a rant at myself... please excuse my moaning etc and continue the thread as usual.... lol

Well, Ive been out tonight picking up books. Not bad, sold a fair few Fergies, the samples on my (vistaprint) Fergie postcards are going well. I started C10 a week ago tonight with a party to kick of the campaign and so far im on £553.12, not bad going for a week. Still got more books to put out tomorrow and best of all, ive found a new customer. She only lives behind me, but I never catch her in. Tonight, I took my secret weapon, a neighbours daughter to the door with me, and she wants everything I took out of my demo bag and showed her and could she please have another book for her mum and her friends. Oh and what is an 'Avon Party', noticed it on the back of the fergie postcard.

Wooooooooooooooohoooooooooooooo I'm really chuffed to have picked up another customer (Ive offered her F&F rep) and will happily book her a party and she loves the Fergie.

Isnt Avon great? Only got one last delivery to sort out tomorrow and all out. Paid most of my bill on Friday as i didnt want the cash lying around the place over the weekend.

Off to mow the lawn now :)
Then a bath with some pearly peach bubble bath :):)
    Still loving it :)
