(((((((((((((((Johanne)))))))))))))))))))) know how you feel about avon taking over your life and I don't even have a big territory!

I am slowly decluttering my house and getting myself sorted, most of the expired books have gone now, fingers crossed, still finding one or two, here and there. Going to hopefully sit down some point this week and sort out my paperwork. The avon boxes in the house are getting less and less... :)

I know what you mean about someone giving you a break for a week to catch up with yourself, I don't get a break either, I have to do it all with DS in the house. And obviously he gets bored and wants to help or be naughty.

The only piece of advice I ever remember is "you can't eat an elephant in one go, you have to eat it in bite size chunks." and that's what I have been doing, tackling it a little bit at a time.

Maybe you should give up a little bit of your territory but don't give it all up. And as for making mistakes.. I am making lots of those recently, because I am trying to juggle working 3 days with doing Avon and spending quality time with DS when I am not working!

I take back what I said about not selling any Fergie off the back of my first C10 drop A lady who'd asked for extra time with the brochure popped round this afternoon (when I was covered in paint lol) and brought an order for a Fergie and a couple of other items :)

As I've got the Fergie already, can I deliver it to her tomorrow? I recall seeing something about having to wait 24 hours.
Moving onto a better place...Ciao

Hugs, Johanne, really hard to organise your time with little ones. Either you never get out of the door or you spend twice as long as it should on doing half the work! Then you get guilty cos you should be doing something for them... I will feel this tomorrow as I have to take my 2 yr old with me for pick-ups. Roll on September when she starts playgroup.

Are there grandparents around who can help you out by taking her for a day or so?

I tend to burn the midnight oil and on avon delivery day I'm up til gone 1 in the morning trying to sort everything for the next day
Organisation is the key but as aureol says, do it in bite sized chunks.

thanks guys. My mum does help taking her for afternoons etc if needs be and she goes to her dads friday afternoon till sunday morning. But i find i spend the whole weekend doing avon stuff to get it out the way and have no time for myself or the house! She hates doing avon stuff... so its really difficult. As you all say its trying to balance it with the fun stuff... i too sit up till silly o clock prepping books etc so it doesnt eat into "mummy and sarah" time.... but its still not working!

Think i need to sit down and have a really really good think and sort something more structured out.

Do any of you guys have a half decent printer?

Ive found printing out my order forms saves a huge amount of time, and looks rather nice too.

I can get more into the 'message' part too. I do have a template that I can send you via email if you want to PM me. Either in microsoft works wps format or I can save as a word doc. file.

Good luck with it and keep it up

Gah! I'm stupid! I quickly ordered the Anew special from HT11, and when my order arrived today there were no bonus products. It's only when I've looked now I've noticed you had to order them separate. In my defence, I've only ordered one special before (the Fergie) and they all came automatically lol.

Can I order the extra items with my next order? Or do I need to return the ones I got today and reorder the job lot on the next order?

(Just off to work, so if I don't reply until later, I'm not being rude and ignoring you :))

Ooohh - new look BB or is it just my computer?

Sorry, digressing. Quick query pls as I can't seem to get Avon's 'contact us' route to work via their website at the mo....

    Foundation samples @ 50p - is that for 1 sachet or 5?

    Thanks!
