Thanks for the tip about the new look Aureol - easier to read than the old one I think.
At our last call-in one of the ASM's was raving about something she'd just attended in London but couldn't talk about. She said it would be coming to all major cities in the UK and would be really big.......anyone any ideas? hello ladies.
I have had an awful campaign but not because of customers or anything just because i went on holiday lol.
i didnt get all my money paid to me yet so havent been able to pay avon so havent put a campaign 9 order in, we did pay of OH as his was much smaller and then any orders we did have are going onto his so at least we'll be earning some comission...which will probably go towards some recharges we are going to have from a month ago lol.
i hope to recanvass everywhere in campaign 10, with samples and leaflets for outspokeni really need to get some pennies earnt as we are getting married in 3 months..have lots to save for

I need some help. Being totally thick i missed ordering campaign 10 brochures and just ordered 11 and 12 :eek:!!!!!!
This would be ok if i had some 9 to recanvas but obviously everyones dog must've ate them and i've only got 1!!! So do i ask my SL to sell me some or ring the helpline? Cant believe how stupid i can be.

yes give your SL a call and see if she has any spare, and if she can't help, it is worth trying to get hold of your ASM, she definitely should have some!0 -
Thanks, i rang her and she's gonna drop some in tomorrow. Feel like i've always got a problem. I know it sounds stupid but just hope im not annoying her. Had to ask her today if anyone has a morgan weekender bag as a new client wanted one and, typically, its sold out

Laura, never, ever, ever, feel like you are annoying your SL! Your SL is there to support you and if you need help, good, if she can help, great, if she can't, she will say so. At the end of the day, if you do well with sales, etc she will benefit, so it is in her interest to help you. Saying that we aren't all in it for the money as a sole reason for being SLs! Me definitely! I haven't made any money from my team for the last 3 months, but I still support them when they need it.0 -

No matter - sorry, been busy but got a query - how do I find out who my DSM is? Earlier in the thread am pretty sure there was some reference to ASM's replying within 2 working days to our emails? Possibly unfortunate in my case (what's new...) but I emailed my ASM on 15 May.... no reply.... so forwarded it again on 19 May to get an auto acknowledgement that she's away from 19 May until 6 June! :mad:
Don't want to stir things for her - just want to confirm territory (which was supposedly allocated - but not so according to SMA - as far back as last year!!!! :eek: )Make the most of everything in life (especially Avon)

I hate returning items if I can help it
Sorry, but have to ask.... why do you 'hate' returning items? Have often wondered why on the SL and PC forums people are trying to sell things on rather than return them to Avon. Maybe I'm just a bit thick.... Surely it's easier to return things for credit than face the hassle of funding them yourself and selling them on at some point?
