Whoop! Great news

Got 2 new customers so far this campaign...with another 2 books to collect friday from new customers (another request from facebook and a referall from an existing customer)...so really pleased! Will be getting some books prepped as well to recanvass some more of our territories before our orders are due in on Tuesday. Things might be going slowly with increasing my team, but at least my sales are increasing!

My second Avon order arrived today - hoorah

Have a few queries, please can you help??

I'm short of 2 Anew Clinical Beauty Bonuses, got the yellow and silver bags but not the contents. I assume these will turn up next month? I've also got an anew ultimate treat 13219 listed on my invoice as free but have no idea what it is along with 2 Anew clinical treats - any ideas???

I had a lady order a Hello Green Tomorrow Certificate do they get anything for this as again I couldn't find anything?

Finally I've got a Avon senses Mystique sensual & romantic liquid soap that isn't mine, isn't on the order but was in my box..... what do I do with it??

Oh, one more question... relating to Fergies new perfume. My territory is now on Campaign 9 so Fergie appears in the next one so do I give the samples out with the order that's just arrived or the next order so its just before Campaign 10 starts??

Yes I would say the beauty bonuses should come in your next delivery as they should have more stock then. No idea about about the anew ultimate treat, unless there is something written somewhere on the other pages of your invoices.

The Green thing - it says in the book that you get a certificate so I would have thought that something should have arrived - maybe check all the small print in the other pages it might say something there. I haven't had anyone order one so have no idea what they look like!

If you've got something that isn't on your invoice but is in your box....you won't be charged for it....and how are avon going to know you got something for free

I'm personally putting the samples in with my brochure 10's so that they can try it when they see the advertising.

the treats are the bonus bags contents arent they?? The ultimate is the 50+ beauty bonus stuff and the clinical is the every age stuff.


the tree certificate will be with your paperwork i got 2 sent to me today (only ordered one lol) its a little leaflet with pics of trees on the front and when you open it the inside says "congratulations" and explains everything about the scheme.

Ta da... have found the Tree Certificate, it had slipped into the Hello Tomorrow Magazine! Doh...

Hi

I am wondering if anyone has had chance to look at the lotus shield money maker and the incentive? I am a bit confused (tbh it doesn't take much!) I was wondering whether we would need to choose between the two? For example if you bought the 10 lotus shields through moneymaker would that mean you have earnt 50 points for the incentive? Meaning you would get the hair pack from the moneymaker and the £50 worth of Avon beauty products? I was wondering if you have ever had a similar situation before and could throw a little light on it?

Been adding some bits to my facebook group - and found that avon uk have there own youtube profile: http://www.youtube.com/user/iAvonUK

there are some really great videos on there, they've got all their adverts, but they also have some videos done by Jackie Tyson explaining how to do different make up applications. Been learning a lot being as I don't really use make up lol. So useful if you need to learn a bit - plus if you have a facebook profile or group, you could post a link to a different video each week or something to add a bit of extra content, particularly if you have customers as friends/group members as could help your sales!

Hi Lozza, both the incentive and money maker are on the Rep Site > News > Lotus Shield.

Hope you can make more sense of it than me! I have looked and T&C's of the incentive and it says for products bought in C12 or HT12 (which is the HT with the moneymaker) so to me it looks like the two can be combined?

Sounds good. Yes you'd be right I think with what you said before - if you order from the money maker it would count towards it, at least how I read it anyway. Any lotus shield sold will get you 5 points, any other advance techniques product will get you 1 point. If you get 15 points you'll get £15 worth of products, which would be just 3 bottles of lotus shield. Good offer! If you get close to the targets, definately worth just ordering a few extra bottles. Being as the prizes won't be sent until your c15 order, that will mean any returns from C12 will be taken into account, so if you ordered money makers and returned them then you wouldn't qualify.
