Thats territory. Got 105 territory regulars at the min and about 50 of them order each time on average. I have these cos i have about 14 roads (including 3 housing esates) .. well 14 ive covered.. still got a little bit of new territory i havent got round to yet.:o:o:o *rolls eyes*
i also have 10 people who count as f&f but most of the f&f people only order once in a blue moon (except my mum who has only ever missed one camp in 18 months and has as much avon in her house as me :rotfl:)0 -
Well that makes me feel better - some of my f&f have only ordered from me once since November!!:o0

i think little_star is right, they have sold out from what i heard.
Lozza - my asm doesnt publish sales figures either, just who is the top 50. I read her emails every campaign but dont reply to them so maybe your team are using your tips and stuff but just not replying? I hear so many horror stories about people NOT hearing from their upline its better they know your there every campaign and care then not bothering at all.0 -

hehe. I count F&F orders as a bonus! i even only tend to give most of them a book every 6 weeks too as without sounding harsh they are a "waste" of a book
Id rather have my book in 3 different strangers houses over the 3 weeks of a campaign than sat on a friend or families sideboard whilst they "get round to it" and "will pass you it back when i see you":rotfl: There seems to be less urgency and they feel more able to say "no thanks, maybe next time" after having the book for a fortnight or more! Whilst i could have had it out to 2/3 potential customers in that time.
Gosh i sound terrible but to me its about business sense and making money as avon is my main job!0 -
Johanne - I have seen you mention prepping 300 books and that you run these over 3 books (so I am guessing about 100 books from each campaign). Do you drop each set of books just once so that you are 'only' doing 300 houses each campaign? Or do you manage to re-drop them as well?C5 £202
; C6£541 :j; C7 £502; C8 £379; C9 £379
"The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore all progress depends on the unreasonable man." - George Bernard Shaw0 -
Johanne - no not harsh at all!!!!! I think exactly the same way - I am gutted if I am short of 1 or 2 books to canvass a whole street, when those 2 books are sat with f&f who probably won't order anyway.
Good news is that a few of my f&f potentials are work colleagues and are moving jobs next week to be either in my building or across the road. So they can have a book again ..... but strictly only for a week!! Back campaign as well probably!!0 -
Ladies,
After reading and watching, I think "lurking" is the correct term! I have decided to sign up as an Avon Rep and have an ASM coming round on Friday to go through the finer details with me, I cannot wait to get started.
If you don't mind I have a few questions for you guys, one's that will help me hit the ground running at the weekend.....
1) What is the more productive way to do things, just drop catalogues through each door or knock and ask them if they want to look? I'm worried if I give them the choice then I will get more No's than Yes's.
2) Should I put a little introductory note in my first drop's?
3) I see from the hints and tips section, I should have 2 campaigns running at the same time? Should I try and get some copies of the last campaign? What campaign are you on now?
Thanks so much!

hello ladies
lucyclare - are you on the avon sales leader website? i think i recall talking to you about avon parties recentlywell done on your new rep, my OH is a rep and he does surprisingly well, i think its his cheeky charm!
Talking of acheivement lists, i have for the first time since last january (when i started) made it on my ASM area list, i was 5th...she gave me a call to say well doneis it sad that i was really excited
I have to admit i have been a bit neglectful to my reps (i have 5, one is OH and one is a friend) ive been so busy concentrating on boosting my sales..taht SL seems to have been put on the back burner
however i am going to start doing a top 5 list...i wont tell my reps i only have 5 in my team
and i'm going to offer any rep who stays no1 there 3 consecutive campaigns a sampling pack, not the avon one but one i put together myself.
im also going to attach any leaflets i make for money makers or offers etc so they have them available if they need them.
anything else i could add?
does anyone offer reps who dont want to be sales leaders and incentive to find you reps? i know that seems asilly question but if they have afriend who wants to be a rep and they pass their details on to me. (instead of them being a sales leader) should i give them something, add that to my news email?
any ideas would be greatly appreciated thanks0 -
Can you add me to SL list please, just started so looking for reps to sign up.
Kayleigh - Aylesbury
Many thanks0 -

Hi, I have a 'pocket rocket' who was one of my first team memebers. So far I have had three referrals from her. Two signed, one quit straight away and the last one is not interested. For the one that did sign and place first order online, ontime above mov I gave her half a sampling success pack free, to say thanks. I have an agreement with her that any refferals i get from her are along the same lines. £10 of Avon demo or samples free.
Am only gutted that for personal reasons she cant be tagged as SL herself. She said to give her another 11 months and she is on board and fully expects to be pushed up to 5 asap. (which is in my interests too)
Went out with two asms, today, got two appt for tomorrow, one for sat and one for sun.
Lovin it.:):):):):T wealth is a state of mind :T0
