Well my SL must be reading this forum!

What did I get by email today? A list of each Rep in her team and their sales in C6, some of them are doing brilliantly, but as she put in the email, some had asked for more territory.

Well I have asked and asked my ASM for more territory, my SL lives miles away from me, and before SMA she always had to go through ASM, and ASM refuses to give me more, just encourages me to sign up more reps.

So me personally, this email was disheartening as I cannot get more territory and seeing all the really good sales figures just made me feel sad.

Plus I feel left out as she communicates regularly with those that live near her.

But saying that Lozza, I know you are different with your team, so maybe the table thing might work for your team.

my ASM occasionally sends out the top 50 for our area and in past few campaigns ive had emails telling me i was 3rd in area and encouraging me, then an avon e card when i was 1st in the area for a camp and then last camp a postcard through my door (i was out doing avon when she called :rotfl:) saying well done for being 1st in area again and motivating me to reach PC by camp 9.

Im not a "sales" person but strangely am motivated by seeing where i am in the area..... i think thats the virgo in me though... dont take 2nd best very well :o:rotfl:So think its one them personal things.. maybe best offering to tell people their position if they want to know?

Dropped my c8s tonight to my regulars.. all 105 of them! EEK! Not looking forward to collecting them all again as dont think gonna be a good campaign now.. just got a feeling! :(
  • 105???????? OMG! How did you get that many customers? Is that just territroy of F&F too?

I have collected another couple of orders, taking me up to £300ish onC8 so far. Have more books out, and another party booked for 20th April, so am hoping that the party does £300ish as did the last one.

good news is that i signed up a new rep on Friday, another on Saturday and another one last night. My first Avon Man!!!!

As I have had three drop out (2 didnt even bother placing an order) and one dropped out after first order of over £200!! This takes me back up to 9.

Only another 6 to go to get my 15 and then two converts, watch out Advanced SL, Im coming!

Going out today with two asms to do some prospecting on the high street. Loser buys the coffees.

Im just loving Avon. Hard work, long days but I am so very determined to make exec within 2 years. Work now and I can play a bit in a couple of years time.
:T wealth is a state of mind :T

Thanks A certainly wasn't going to put the sales figures though just a ranking, unfair to put the actual figures I think that should stay private. I've always emailed every campaign but never had a reply saying thanks for the idea or that helped me sell more - I can only assume they don't read it or they just wish I would leave them alone lol.
Avon Lady since 2009 - I help on the Avon hints & tips thread to help other reps/new sales leaders as I was helped so much by it when I first started out :A

I read the ones from my ASM but because it is such a large area I'm nowhere to be seen on the league tables so its not very motivational for me. Wish I had a SL with a smaller area to report on as then I might have a chance of being in the top 10!!!!

She doesn't put any figures, but if it helps you to structure your email, last time she recognised:

New Reps who placed a first order above £250
Presidents Club tracker - those people who are on track to achieve Presidents Club by the end of the year if they continue to place orders £400 and above per campaign
    Top 10 for last campaign

    hello ladies,

Haven't been on here for a while so have lots of pages to read through and catch up on!

My lovely SL came around yesterday to see me and go through the process of ordering on line, gave me some more hints and tips and left me with some new brochures. So...... I took the plunge today and delivered 20 brochures down one side of one of my allocated roads, just stuffed and ran and although I did have 3 no thankyou's it felt good to take that plunge! :D May go and deliver the rest to the other side of the same road this afternoon but need to retrieve some brochures from my friends and family first.

I have picked up my first 2 orders from two elderly ladies who are supporting me which comes to £9.83 which I am very grateful for, fingers crossed I pick up some further orders off my roads too.

Have a good afternoon everyone! :p

A customer ordered these last time and they were sold out so you might want to point out the new ones in campaign 7 if they dont mind paying the extra and order both just incase the pink ones don't come, you may be lucky though! x
