lifesarainbow wrote: »In January I returned to my car to find a Euro Car Parks parking fine attached. I have received all the ECP letters and court threats listed on this fabulous site. I thought I wouldn't hear anything else because I'd got the final one listed. But this morning I got another letter from 'Zenith Collections' saying they are now responsible for 'recovery of this debt' and that 'it is our intention to pursue it to a legal conclusion if necessary'. They are offering me another 'settlement' figure of £70. So far I have ignored ECP completely but now I'm not sure what to do. Is Zenith a separate firm of debt collectors? If so, should I call them? I will add the Zenith letter to the list if I can work out how to do it. Many thanks again to all you confident ones :A
Hi there! I got that one too, this very morning, after they'd been quiet for a month. PLEASE please please ignore this one as well, it's DRP under another name and still a load of !!!! xx
In fact - compare the signatures on your letters from DRP and the one you had for Zenith. I found that James Wilkin from Zenith, and Claire from DRP had exactly the same signature!
Ignore, ignore, ignore. Let's ignore them together!0 -

Thank you so much AN, yes we'll ignore them together, hee hee. I just checked the signatures too, you're right they're identical:rotfl:. Thank you for the confidence boost and for adding the letter. I'll look at the link Crabman sent so I know how to do it next time. What a brilliant site MSE is, and what fab people you all are :T0 -
Many thanks Crabman, Anna Nonymous is going to add the letter as she got it this morning too, but I'll click on the link you sent me so I know how to do it next time0

There! Life really is a rainbow when you have friends like us! And those morons thought they were going to fool you by using an alias, when they were too dumb to even use a different signature!0
