My account says the same as your husbands, I also got an email saying the deal had to be canceled. So I dunno

Doesn't sound hopeful, all a bit of a shambles really. Shame.
  • Ordered two, for myself and my wife. Our MyCityDeal accounts now both say “Deal successful – voucher will be sent by email”. Having read Martin’s posts, I believe this company have struggled with the volume of applicants and suffered with software issues – but I believe they are genuine and fully expect the vouchers to arrive in the post.

I'm really grateful for this offer and it appears both my ticket and my husband's went through fine so we get a lovely night out for £2!
(I've so missed the cinema since we've had to cut back hard.)

    Thanks Martin and team!

I thought it was fairly clear. They deduct the money and send the vouchers BY POST within 7 working days. If others got different emails thats different. I too got an email saying my payment was unsuccessful and then another stating this was an error. As I knew the money was in my account i figured it as a glitch. Guys be patient they've had 26,000 people buying tickets so i suspect it was a bit more than they could handle. Moaning about it won't change things, we all make mistakes and i'm sure the very people whingeing are the same who would snap up this deal again in a heartbeat.

By the way, thanks Martin and the team for this deal.

Just got this too, though all of the tickets I signed up for are saying they are still waiting for enough people to take up the offer.

Signed up for this yesterday & my husband also signed up - between us we've ordered 4 tickets.

Hopefully, we will get all 4 and can go to the cinema as a family for £4 - instead of the £28 it's just cost us to book for Alice In Wonderland 3D.

I, for one, am very grateful for this offer and have my fingers crossed it works and, if it doesn't, at least I've tried.

    Thanks again, Martin.
