Just got an email saying my payment was successful and that the cancellation email was sent in error. Whoop!

i know it's credit crunch and all but why are some posts being negative and not very nice about this....If it was £10 or something then fair enough but lots of people are saying they have been SCREWED over...Just wait and see if the tickets come through....

I thought it was fairly clear. They deduct the money and send the vouchers BY POST within 7 working days. If others got different emails thats different. I too got an email saying my payment was unsuccessful and then another stating this was an error. As I knew the money was in my account i figured it as a glitch. Guys be patient they've had 26,000 people buying tickets so i suspect it was a bit more than they could handle. Moaning about it won't change things, we all make mistakes and i'm sure the very people whingeing are the same who would snap up this deal again in a heartbeat.

By the way, thanks Martin and the team for this deal.

I think we have to wait for 7 days, it is reasonable to give them that, then maybe jump up and down if it doesn't happen...

Exactly! Well in time for Easter too. My only regret is getting just one ticket!
