Does anyone know why Manchester says " Deal sold out", but London says "Deal Successful"?
I still have "Deal accepted, waiting for the necessary number of customers." both for me and OH.
Edit:
Just changed to "Deal Successful", and "Deal successfull, the vouchercode has been sent by email."
I thought they are being sent by post!!!! (No email either)Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
Lol, yeah... I've been in touch with their customer services... They've been promising its "in the post" for weeks. Going by the posts on their facebook page they seem a bit hit and miss. Some people get their cards some dont. I wonder how they're going to handle servicing the number of people who've gone for this deal. As they admit themselves "they are a young company who make mistakes"!
Well...fingers crossed it turns up!!Let's see how we all get on with the cinema vouchers!!!

What an absolute BS scam! I applied for a ticket last night at shortly past midnight, payment details went through fine (including Verified by VISA), received confirmation e-mail.
Just received a message now saying "Unfortunately an error occurred during attempt to withdraw the sum of £1. Therefore we have to cancel the following order."
Absolute crap - it's a £10k limit card, all the checks went through fine. This was just a scam for get hold of new members for MyCityDeal, and MSE fell for it! >:(0 -
Bit disappointed as ive only just got the email.
I dont come into this part of the forum as I normally want everything and afford it0 -
Well they say if its too good to be true -
"On the 10.03.2010 09:39 you bid on the "Pay £1 to watch ANY film at Cineworld up to the value of £12 - including 3D showings!" mycitydeal. Unfortunately an error occurred during attempt to withdraw the sum of £1. Therefore we have to cancel the following order. "
Nothing wrong with my payment they're just screwing me around and have my contact details FOC :mad:0 -
I bought 2 tickets with one account named andy, then created another account called andrew and bought 1 ticket. Got confirmations for both, but have just received an email saying 'cancellation of deal due to payment problems at your mycitydeal'.
Both accounts used the same payment card. Both accounts had different email address' but the home address was the same.
Maybe i should have stopped at the 2 tickets on the first account :S
Dissapointed and prob wont use again as i dont live in any of the cities shown.0 -

My account now says

However, didn't it say that it would be sent in the post...?! Hmm...nothing to my email address yet either...0
