I had exactly the same message/emails and figured it was because I had used two different emails but only one credit card. I logged in on the second email and used a different card and it now shows up on my account.
Brilliant, that was exactly the problem. Thanks very much, why didn't i think of that?:o Had to purchase a London ticket when i'm in Glasgow but apparently , the voucher can be used any cinema, she says crossing fingers.:)0 -

I telephoned the 0800 customer service line since Cambridge appeared to be sold out. I was told to click on "London" where there is a live button to purchase. I was assured that the voucher would still be good for ANY Cineworld cinema. Just go along with the voucher once it arrives.0

Are you sure you actually paid for the Costa card!? Some posts on here say that that deal didn't go through?! Just a thought!
Lol, yeah... I've been in touch with their customer services... They've been promising its "in the post" for weeks. Going by the posts on their facebook page they seem a bit hit and miss. Some people get their cards some dont. I wonder how they're going to handle servicing the number of people who've gone for this deal. As they admit themselves "they are a young company who make mistakes"!0 -
