Am I the only one really dubious about a cheap offer that claims to only work if enough people sign up so what they are really after is a huge database? I'd rather exchange Tesco Clubcard vouchers for Cineworld tickets, that's completely free (I regard clubcard vouchers as free money).
But that is exactly what Tesco is doing - it is using your shopping habits to build up a database.0 -
I think its worth a go. If they send anything I dont want to my email, I'll delete it.FEB 2011 NSD's 1/140

Referal link in above post by madkitty. (Referals to Mycitydeal website can earn the referrer up to £6!!! - Martin must be raking it in today).
no its not a referrer link, its just the link to the facebook page thats all. If it is a referral link its not mine LOL
i thought that too about him raking it in unless he has a special deal with them0 -

It is the standard link from the homepage
The facebook group is owned/run by MyCityDeals themselves, hence pictures of them sending out the cards etc0 -

I just noticed that in my email..... makes me a little wary I must admit, especially as I have effectively sent them money for it already....0 -

You have just given them details so they can take funds if the deal goes ahead. They only bill the card if and when it does. They can not really come back to you later saying that they have had enough people pledge their interest, then obtain your details0 -
