I will pass your suggestion on, and then they can contact MSE to see what the rules are.

I was looking at some of the other forums just now and there seems to be a lot of unhappy people out there!

I read in a post that they had been around for 10 years, and this forum started very recently. If it turns out that they cannot join as a business, I will ask them to let me know so that I can get whatever information I need from you to pass on, to allow them to contact you directly from then on.

Yes contact MSE, while [STRIKE]you[/STRIKE] they are onto MSE ask them about the Unfair Business Practices Act.

I do not know how they have their systems set up, but I would imagine their order system is not part of their general email programme, so with all due respect, I feel my suggestion is valid

So how come your email didnt go into the "lets ignore the unhappy customers" inbox but into their "spokespersons" inbox?

I am not that familiar with these forums, but are they allowed to register/post as a business? I am not sure what the rules are? Do you?

they would need permission from the mse forum team before they can post on behalf of their business.

Thats because he/she gets special treatment, have a look at post 17, cjones23 sent them an email on Saturday evening and got a reply within a couple of hours on Saturday night. That is impressive customer service for a Saturday night as he/she reckons they normally reply to their emails with 24 to 48 hours of being sent...

I hope they do get the permission to post on here as a business, as from waht I can ascertain, most of those contributing recently don't appear to have used the company, yet seem happy to try and bring them into disrepute. I have just gone onto the PET SHOPS LOCALLY site and that site shows address and telephone number, I know they haven't been at for over 3 years, so it is not surprising using these they cannot reach the company. I have always reached them on info@ultimateanimals.co.uk without any problem.

why don't you stop attacking other forum posters?

the majority of the posts on here are from people who HAVE used this company and they are allowed to express their opinion. likewise, other forum members are allowed to make comments, that is how a forum works.

this is a consumer forum, and it is helpful for consumers to read about a business before they use them. that is why i posted links to several reviews.

perhaps, you could post some links to some positive reviews, if there are any, instead of trying your best to squash the criticism?

Just because you disagree with a satisfied customer, you seem to deem any contradiction to views 'an attack'. In your words, this is a forum and if this is how a forum should work, then you should respect the views of those posting. Sadly all to often we (and I mean myself and the majority of the public) do not review something unless we have a problem. If we bought a defective item from a high street store, we would go back in and complain. If however the product was great, how often do we go back in and thank them? We simply don't very often.

I cannot post links as a new member to MSE, so sorry cannot help with your request.

I hope MSE allow them to respond directly on this forum, and I genuinely hope that they are able to deal with your enquiries. They have always been great for me, but clearly there is not much respect here for people with good experiences.

This will be my last post in this forum, as clearly a happy customer is not welcome, and I no longer wish to partake where my views are not heard/respected (thanks to 'aries' who did seem to hear my views).

I thank MSE for removing several posts that were clearly inappropriate. I think that alone speaks volumes about the other members posting on this forum.

They are a great company and I will continue to purchase from them.

quite the contrary - i welcome your views as a satisfied "customer". it is YOU who seem to be trying to smeer other posters by claiming they are "trying to bring them into disrepute."

sorry to hear that this forum has got like this as it should be clear that everyone has a chance to air their views. I only feel that c jones made a few posters feel curious as to why they had not received the same level of customer service as they obviously did. I just hope that everyone who has ordered from this company does get their products or a refund and the company does the right thing in the end. C jones i hope you can help make that happen in some way. Life is hard enough as it is without the added concern with these kind of problems.

Without trying to get dragged into the argument, I would suggest that you have a direct connection with this company...

Grow a pair and man up to it rather than play an innocent customer

Ban for firms posing as happy customers online

Hundreds of companies are trying to con the public by posing as satisfied customers on internet forums.

MSE has had to ban over 200 forum posters this year alone for this practice, which is now against the law.
