  • Since you're so satisfied, perhaps you'd like to contact them and suggest that they deal with the customers who are not satisfied.

You need to watch what you say: i don't call being irritated on behalf or my pensioner father who has had his money taken back in NOVEMBER and had no reply AT ALL any sort of 'personal agenda'.

This isn't a thread complaining of 'bad service': of course a few people having 'bad service' would be potentially a small percentage, but several people having had money TAKEN with NO good supplied is serious.

I know it is a family run business and it makes me so angry to see RJKFlyer and 'aries' attack them in this way.

A VERY saitsfied Brambles Pet Shop customer.
    CJones, welcome to the forum.
Its always good to hear the other side of a story.
Don't you think its reasonable that two people who appear to have problems are allowed to voice them?

I have no problem with two people voicing their opinions and they are entitled to do so of course.

I object that they feel it appropriate to publish information such as telephone numbers, especially of a Church that would obviously have no connection to the business. That is what I find disgraceful and that is the basis of my formal complaint to MSE about RJKflyer.

Stick to voicing your personal thoughts, which is what these forums are about.

They have been online for 10 years, so they are obviously keeping plenty of customers very happy.

Blimey how do they do any trade at all, just trying to look at a product took at least 4-5 clicks. So much text on all pages. Also l do wonder if this is a Dropship company, nothing wrong with that in general but issues does arise when their supplier is out of stock.

I wouldn't purchase from that site, thats only because of how long it takes to look at an actual item

Their website has a certificate up saying they are members of a safe trust web site called 'We Trust' so I have emailed them & asked them about the company, their web trust number is: WT4510070.

did you also notice that the expiry date on that WeTrust certificate is 2009-02-06 ?

For info it appears Caroline Mary Westwood also operates a Children's play group.

I cannot yet prove that it is the same individual, but the location and name coincidence seems just too much to be that.

I am pleased to say the MSE agreed that certain posts from RJKflyer were inappropriate and have removed them. I have asked them to consider whether providing unsubstantiated claims that are linked to children's playgroups should also be removed.

RJKflyer - you may be a disgruntled customer, but this sort of reference is irresponsible and disgusting.

This forum is about a BUSINESS, and I repeat, they have always been very good when I have used them, and I will continue to do so.

I did send them an email this earlier this evening when I first came across this forum, and have already received a very nice reply. Perhaps other people on this forum may not have considered that sometimes when we send an email to someone, it ends up in the junk mail folder. Personally I think receiving a reply on a Saturday evening only goes to show the owners clearly work very hard on the business, and that is why I will remain a loyal customer.

With the greatest respect CJones they would have more loyal customers if they replied to their emails. Please dont play the "junk mail" folder card, if someone has placed an order and paid and supplied an email address it shouldnt end up in their junk mail box it should be in their "fully paid up customer needing goods in a timely manner" box!

I wanted to reply to CJ Jones, it looks like my thread has been removed and not sure why as you mentioned you only complained about RJKFlyers posting? so not entirely sure why mine was removed.

However, I do think we can voice our opionions on the bad service we have received along with others, I wish my mother and I had received the same kind of customer service that you received, but we didn't. My mum ordered a cat product and money taken but nothing from them since. Very disapointing.

So, maybe having numbers up here does not seem right, but surely it is better to try and help others out this way? as no one seems to know where to go to get help?

Can you help the people on here if you have have been able to get responses from the pet shop company?

I do not know how they have their systems set up, but I would imagine their order system is not part of their general email programme, so with all due respect, I feel my suggestion is valid

can i just ask a question? why would cjones search for a forum page about brambles/ultimate animals if he/she were happy with the service they received? we only search for this type of forum page when we are looking for answers and are angry about something? so why would you go looking for a page about this company if you were happy with the service you had received?

    Strange......?
