I have always received an order number starting with 2 letters and ending in 8 numbers, so it would probably be a good idea if you can give me that to send to them as I imagine that would help them locate the order quickly.

I never remember web addresses! I 'Googled' them to find their site and noticed this forum came up in the results, so was interested and followed the link.

Really? are you sure you don't work for the 'company' that is currently being discussed....

If not, then I think if you can help others on here, then get the company to post on here asking for people's order numbers and the like & lets deal with them directly. Surely when you next speak to them, they will be 'appalled' at what has been going on! & want to do something about it, if they are as good as you suggest.

I can confirm I have no direct connection to them, but that they have always been a pleasure to deal with and I would hate to see their reputation tarnished unfairly.

Your suggestion sounds good to me. I am not that familiar with these forums, but are they allowed to register/post as a business? I am not sure what the rules are? Do you?

I dont know what the rules are for that, as I am not sure if they can do that, but if they post on here as a general new member & give the general number for customers to call, so at least people have an opportunity to speak to someone, as none of us have done so far, it would be help.

They must be encouraged to have such a loyal customer such as yourself, standing up for their reputation. I do hope you get some kind of free p&p for this when you next place your order with them!

I will pass your suggestion on, and then they can contact MSE to see what the rules are.

I was looking at some of the other forums just now and there seems to be a lot of unhappy people out there!

I read in a post that they had been around for 10 years, and this forum started very recently. If it turns out that they cannot join as a business, I will ask them to let me know so that I can get whatever information I need from you to pass on, to allow them to contact you directly from then on.
