To be fair, if he could stop, it wouldn't be an "accident".
    Attempted murder possibly.
But he couldn't, so we'll have to stick to "accident" regardless of what he couldn't stop for.

You know im beginning to think that either,

    1. This didnt happen and this troll is taking the mickey,

    OR

    2. We have an immature, spoiled brat who thinks bashing his car is the most important thing thats happened today.

OP if its No 1....well done, you're a hoot :D

If its No 2...Cant Daddy increase ones allowance :o

I see the speeding/young driver/animal Police have been on here. Evening all.

The fact is a dog darts out at a far greater speed than any child could. What about the children?! Seems like some people on here need to get a sense of reality and face the fact that there were no children involved and that the dog owner was wholly negligent. I doubt that the animal would have survived if the OP was doing 40 mph.

Thank you, someone else finally with a grasp on the situation...

By the time i did brake... I was probably doing about 40... But the fact is, if you look at the pictures there is a dip at the left side of the road and the grey hound, being the second fastest accelerating animal on the planet, ran of of it so fast there simply was no chance of stopping.

I doubt i could have event entirely stopped if i was doing 20Mph under the limit.

If theres a troll in this thread it certainly isn't the OP.

I fail see to see anywhere where he's "spoilt"...?

    OP,

There are animal fanatics on here that won't let you post anything without it being dissected minutely. Fact is to them you're an evil motorist. You will probably get more constructive replies on a forum like Honest John or Pepipoo.

Wow... Who was it that was quoting immaturity earlier? I think you will find i have paid for my car and my insurance... Seing as you have no real input the this post, you're just trying to make things personal as you have been shot down as everything you have said has been both ridiculous and incorrect.

And if you would actually read my post, this didn't happen today, smarty pants.

Oh my god. My insurance isn't going up like i have said. Look at the road! There would not be people crossing it! It's not a road you would cross! There is no point!

Thanks bud. I'm actually so surprised at this forum, as i was on here a while back when i had a parking ticket and people were generally helpful, and i helped some people with computer issues. But jesus, some of the replies here are astonishing.

It would be the most important thing to me.
If he gets the dog owner another rescue dog, would that make you happy, and the dog owner should pay up then?
