[Clearing out my pockets, can i ask what the olympic challenge is?:money:

It's a group of around 100 people who are looking to clear or reduce a debt by the start date of the 2012 olympics. My target is to pay £10,000 off the capital of our mortgage.

clearing ha! it would be soo boring if we all had the same opinions a?
gemm have a look at the house prices in your area and see if they are likely to increase then you can look at it more practically

i often have my head in the clouds and need reeling back down to earth!
i think it also might be because we're renting off the housing association, its a three bed new build end terrace with a huge garden so i dont see us wanting to move or struggle with a mortgage quite yet
maybe we'll get a bungalow to cope with our arthritic knees when the time comes but for now we dont need it

weve been together 10 years now with two boys and have always found renting so much easier cause if anything goes wrong you can just ring the landlord up and let them deal with it!
ive got so many friends who struggle month to month as their mortgage is variable and i just wouldnt be able to cope like that id be a nervous wreck!
we're very lucky we have the house we do
so i think that explains why i dont want to save for the house but would rather it go to the wedding

    :(

got to work today and one of the girls says she may not be able to come after all and hopes it doesnt mess up my plans, of course it does, there are only 19 days to go! i have done the seating plans, sent them to the reception people, told the chair cover people, written the table setting things etc etc etc but she says she is not sure so will let me know for def' tommorow, great.

also my bridesmaid pressy arrive damaged, i sent it back for a replacement and also emailed them to say, please send it asap as its for the wedding, they replied today with oh sorry they are all out of stock now. so i have to find something else for my very very picky bridesmaid.

    Agghhhh :(

something to do with work, she is nice lass and im sure she is being honest etc just a bit of a pain

my bridesmaid is a little funny/strange. cant get her jewllery etc as she is allergic to almost everything lol and she likes strange things so i got her some glass love doves, cos she would like them. i will just have to go to Past Times or something and get her something from their, just these were an alright price and i know she would have liked them
