if theyr going swimmingly or drowning
then we can all gush or lend a hand to try and help
im not getting wed til late september 2012 so im going to be taking everything in in the hope i can organise erm err the errr ah just anything lol

What a great idea!! Haven't started doing anything yet as not even properly engaged, just we decided that we want to and have started looking at engagement rings... I am awaiting my formal proposal LOL!! I am loving reading everything on this part of the forum as it's already giving me ideas!!

Grrrr... i have a bridesmaid dress rant!!! ..... Ordered 5 dresses from Debenhams last week while they were in the sale. They were delivered this morning and left in my sisters portch... in the hot sun..... in black plastic bags! Well anyway she got home, and the plastic had melted all down the dresses... big black marks over every single 1!!! GRRRR!!!
Now Debenhams are saying that as they are no longer in the sale I have to pay full price!! Ummmmm... NO WAY! Their mistake!
Just about to ring them now, as there is no way I'm paying for their mistake!
...Rant over!!! Sorry :S

I think bubbles is right - not fit for purpose, so you should be ok. Thanks all of the congrats, I have a feeling he's going to propse on our 5 yr anniversary whihc is the 22nd April, we're going to Brighton for the weekend as it houses my favourite thai restaurant and we've never done it just the two of us, always with family or friends, and found a great hotel doing us a deal because it's our anniversary. I'm also starting to think about the wedding date being our anniversary but next year that would be a friday and the following a saturday, both expensive days to get married.... we'll see though!!

well we decided to get married abroad to avoid all the stress. we booked the holiday, wedding package and honeymoon in sept and virgin still havent got the booking right as yet...so much for no stress were due to be married this september and I havent organised anything yet.:eek: Im just starting on getting together the paperwork we will need.
If you hear of a bomb going off at virgin HO dont worry it was only me and they deserve it rolf (got to laugh and joke or I will cry)

mrscoles2be - I dont think they can make you pay full price for replacements that the delivery driver spoilt by leaving them in the sun. good luck with getting it all sorted out

PANICKING - although i dont know why. Everything is booked, i just need to pay for it all now.

I still have a long list of things to do that i am making myself.

If i have 1 day where i dont do something to do with the wedding i freak out and think im falling behind.

I know im just over reacting, but in normal princesswoo fashion i over analise everything and spend way to much time worrying about all the little bits, but then i tell myself its the detail that will pull it all together.

I have a job interview tommorrow, ive decided that i no longer want to be self employed anymore i want to get out of the house and have a proper routine, plus some extra pennies for the wedding, so i have been stressing about that too.

I need a holiday with no internet access and no pens, paper, or wedding magazines.

I think i'll have my honeymoon NOW - thanks.

Mrscoles, would you be better just saying they didn't turn up? I ordered some trousers once and they didn't turn up so I phoned up after a couple of weeks and they sent replacements out straight away.

We've just got through our engagement party, we're making our own stationairy but I didn't think about thank you cards!! just wondering if I can get away with notes, my mum is up here on Saturday so said she will take the thank you cards and prezzies back and post them for me but means I have to get them done for saturday and I don't think that's possible. OH has sprained his wrist so can't even delegate

Thanks for replies everyone . It's ok now. Spoke to someone a bit more helpful this time, and they agreed to let me have them at the sale price!! However, 1 of the sizes i had ordered is no longer in stock!! So I've had to go for the next size up, and will have to have it altered slightly . So, not great but better than i thought!!!!! x
