    Questions and Answers

When will I receive my cash card+?
The cash card+ cards will be issued to customers between June and September 2010.

I haven't used my existing card for 12 months/I haven't currently got a cash card. How do I ensure I will receive a new card?

If you have your card you simply use your existing card by paying in or withdrawing money from your account. If you currently do not have your card, please visit your branch where a replacement cash card can be ordered. Doing this will ensure you get a new cash card+ between June and September 2010.

So i would presume from the above that if you reported your card lost or stolen now that you would recieve a new visa debit card ;-)

You would think so and someone has posted doing something like that and posted very detailed information about the use of the card that I imagine could only come from a company employee at the moment, I dont think they are advertising it.

I recently went to my branch and was given insider info that the acceptance rate for Visa Debit applications is much higher than it was as the scoring system has been recently changed. I applied for Visa internally (without application form) on the system with instant positive decision and received today my Visa card.

Therefore I would suggest applying for Visa Debit when the Cash Card expires if you mainly use it on the continent.

Does anybody know what the new card looks like? Is the customer service better than most other banks?
