Morning all,
£1 for me please Angelic.
DH has ordered Shred for us both!
EE - Yes I am up for a PAD weightloss challenge.
I have still got quite a few stone to lose and since having an op in May and going on holiday afterwards I well and truly fell off the weight loss wagon. My most immediate target though is to drop down to my pre op weight which means I have 8lb to lose, then I will go for it in 2 stone segments I think to stop me feeling overwhelmed.

Just popped back to do my calories for yesterday:
2 slices of toast with butter and a small amount of honey (for hayfever) - 431
1 pear - 68
1 plum - 20
1 apple - 53
Roasted veg and pasta (leftover from last night) - 362
Veg stir fry and noodles - 488
bag of crisps - 130
breakaway - 99
Coffee made with soya milk - 79
Total - 1730
NO wonder I need to lose weight!! If I had not used the rest of the sauce up on my stir fry (been in the fridge for a few weeks) that would have taken some extra calories off
EE
Will be back later with my PAD and my food for today0
