    Hi all, £1 to Barclaycard again.

    I'm so sore and stiff after starting shred yesterday, shows how unfit I am. :o Not been brave enough to do it today yet!

    I'm a bit scared after reading all about 'shred' but if it's only 20mins surely it can't be that bad?!

    Hiya all and welcome to all noobs!

    A quickie for me...PADs for the past three days areeeeeee:

    Wed: £11.68 into online savings
    Thurs: £10 into online savings
    Today: one shiny £2 coin into Mad Catter
    Total = £23.68 :)

    As you can see from my sig, I have signed up in the other weight-loss thread but am tempted by that Shred thingie. Thing is it'd probably only gather dust on the shelf alongside Jane Fonda...Callanetics...Tracy Shaw's Salsa...you get the picture ;) I am keeping a food diary though, cutting out cider, and have bought a pedometer!

    The only way is.....down! :D(hopefully)

    :rotfl: It's that bad! She doesn't let you stop and mixes strength, cardio and abs exercises. Just did day 2 and it was just as sore - was bright red and knackered by the end. The weights are killing me!

    I'm actually embarrassed at how unfit I am. :o

    Yeah - I'm back in Scary Mary the Pad-counting fairy's good books with yesterdays special mention :j
    PAD today of £6.75 to e-bike fund and VSP - I may be back later as it is payday and that is a pathetically small amount given the circumstances ( & Angelic is well scary)
