A quickie for me...PADs for the past three days areeeeeee:
Wed: £11.68 into online savings
Thurs: £10 into online savings
Today: one shiny £2 coin into Mad Catter
Total = £23.68
As you can see from my sig, I have signed up in the other weight-loss thread but am tempted by that Shred thingie. Thing is it'd probably only gather dust on the shelf alongside Jane Fonda...Callanetics...Tracy Shaw's Salsa...you get the pictureI am keeping a food diary though, cutting out cider, and have bought a pedometer!
The only way is.....down!(hopefully)

:rotfl: It's that bad! She doesn't let you stop and mixes strength, cardio and abs exercises. Just did day 2 and it was just as sore - was bright red and knackered by the end. The weights are killing me!
