    Hi

Long time no see, think I have done some PAD's recently so will have to check and post as Angelic is getting uppity! :rotfl:

Anyhoo, back last week some people were talking about the PAD weight loss thingy which dankasha (sp?) used to do.

I know there is a DFW weight loss thread but was wondering if we could start one here and when we post our PAD (each DAY!!) we could add a bit about what we have eaten etc and then we could weigh in once a week.

I need to loose at least 1st, preferably 1st 7lb so really need some support. Am going to order Shred tonight as loads of people on Hypno's thread are doing this and are seeing results!!

Anyone care to join me or is everyone against us doing this?

    EE

I am finally accepting I have a debt problem but I have no one to talk to. Does this payment a day reall work? Any help gratefully receiVed

I find it does.. I concentrate on my highest interest rate first... the damned Evil Egg...
not only does every little help, but it motivates me to check my spending and even try to make a little extra...

It also pleases me to think that the cc companies have to input payments.. even if they are only for a few pence!
Do come and join us 'cos it really does help to talk.. and angelic is actually very nice... despite her nagging... she'll be back to normal by the end of the month!!!

Well today has been a good day.

    I have eaten the following:

2 slices of toast with butter and a small amount of honey (for hayfever)
    1 pear
    1 plum
    1 apple
Roasted veg and pasta (leftover from last night)
    Veg stir fry and noodles

Then I came to bed early and have got carried away on the lap top and am up later than normal (DH is away tonight) and have just had a bag of crisps and a breakaway:eek::mad:

I reckon my calories for the day are still quite low ( will check tomorrow).
PAD of £1.23 to Paypal c/c

  • I've just eaten a third of a tub of pringles.... been out for a friends leaving do, only had one drink and got the munchies... think it's also cos im tired and cranky as the bit where the base of my skull meets my neck has been really stiff and sore for a few days now, giving me an almost constant headache and hurts to move.

Hugs to those that need them, and welcome to the newbies. x

Pad of £1 to the cc's please, and £1.70 to various pots.
    Total of £2.70.

Yesterday wasn't the best day to start counting what I eat, as DS brought fish and chips in, and am going out tonight with brother and sister etc. but have weighed myself and know what I am aiming for. I will first aim to lose a stone and a half.

    Have a good weekend everyone.

    Morning all

15.00 please Angelic to my ISA - i have decided to start putting a little bit by for an 'emergency' fund as we have very little in the way of savings. I will still be padding my cards though i have been using these when an emergency has cropped up.

EE yes i'm all for joining the weight loss gang. I joined Slimming World last year and got to target - 10 stone, however i have now put half a stone back on:( As a target member i cant go back to classes until i get down to 10st 3lb (otherwise i have to pay). My starting weight is 10st 7lb and i would like to get down to 9st 12lb this time.

I love SW as you can eat loads and it encourages you to exercise. I used to walk 5 - 7 miles per day which helped with losing weight but i have got so lazy and lethargic (prob down to the bad diet at the mo). Exercise DVDs dont really do it for me as they just collect dust.

Will pop back later with my food diary. :A
