OK, after leaving work early and then getting on the wrong train home actually making me later than I would if I had left at normal time, I am back with a €30 PAD to the sealed tin, which is another PAD of £25.88 for me. :D

Getting on the wrong train was worth it though as it made my friend, who's ill, laugh! :)

Ever done 20 mins of a spin class???

Could've killed my sister for that one. 'It's fun' she said. Fun my @RSE! Torture more like!

There's the same chance of getting into a spinning class here as there is spotting a haggis on the moore! :rotfl:

:rotfl: It's that bad! She doesn't let you stop and mixes strength, cardio and abs exercises. Just did day 2 and it was just as sore - was bright red and knackered by the end. The weights are killing me!

I'm actually embarrassed at how unfit I am. :o

But is it not a good thing that it's like torture? It must be working :D

4 euros today that a kind passenger gave me. So about £3.70?

I have the pump it up dvd but i have only done it once in the 6 years or so that i've owned it. So i won't be investing in shred any time soon! However today I have eaten.... special k, banana, small blueberry muffin, strawberries and apple, chewy tracker bar, cheese sandwich, peanut butter sandwich (no butter), 3 dark chocolate digestives, packet of crisps, and im now having more pasta bake for my dinner followed by pineapple and yoghurt. I probably would have eaten more but ive spent the afternoon in bed trying to sleep followed by finishing two books in the last couple of hours. Although I did go to tesco when I finished work and didn't buy anything!!

I thought peanut butter was high in fat?

  • Probably but I love it!!! And it's better than the whole packet of biscuits or chocolate?

Doesn't it contain some good fats, in small doses?

  • I have to say Mary this is quite a good day for me!! The other day, Tuesday I think, I ate at least 4 packets of crisps, plus a pizza for dinner and one of those 99p bars of fruit n nut and some biscuits.

    Hi everyone

So sorry, I have been AWOL - it been a funny old week, I had to have my hamster put to sleep on Weds :( and then spent the whole of yesterday trying to get rid of a virus on my desktop computer  Why do people make those things, is it just to p**s people off???

I am now back to do some padding but I'm afraid Mary it won't be very much - 10p today please.

I will join in with the weight loss thing if thats ok? I did lose nearly 2 stone last year when Danko was counting, I have put about half a stone of that back on though. I want to try and get back on the wagon now and lose the rest of what I originally wanted to lose, a small target first of 1 stone I think though!

I weighed myself about 2 weeks ago and will use that as my starting point, so I will update at some point this weekend after I've been to the gym. Foodwise I have been pretty good and I've also been excercising everyday, so I'm hoping I will have lost something!

That shred thing sounds like a killer, I have a couple of Davina McCall DVD's which I find really good!

Anyway enough yakking, chat soon xx
Ths signature is out of date because I'm too lazy to update it... :o
  • Just 1p for me today to my "found money" pot.
